Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for multi-link aggregation in wireless communications. In one aspect, an apparatus includes a multi-link operation device configured to generate and output for transmission a message indicating a mapping of each of a plurality of traffic identifiers (TIDs) to one or more parameters associated with each of a plurality of wireless links. In some aspects, another apparatus may obtain a message via at least one of a plurality of wireless links indicating a mapping of each of a plurality of TIDs to one or more parameters associated with each the plurality of wireless links, obtain a sequence of packets associated with at least one of the plurality of TIDs via one or more of the plurality of wireless links, and process the sequence of packets based on the mapping indicated via the message.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Wireless devices may support parallel communications over multiple wireless links, which may benefit a wireless system in terms of throughput and latency (among other benefits). However, such systems may experience increased system complexity, which may in some cases mitigate some of the benefits provided by the parallel communication links. The described techniques provide for aggregation architectures that address various such complexities. For example, devices communicating in accordance with the described techniques may format data to be transmitted into a set of data units that are allocated to a communication link based on various factors described herein. Correspondingly, a device that receives the data packets may reorder the packets in accordance with the described techniques.

Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices, and techniques to indicate operations by extremely high throughput (EHT) devices on an operating bandwidth, including devices in a basic service set (BSS) supporting the use of a 320 MHz channel. In some aspects, the supported functionality may include extensions to flexibility and support rules, structures, and signaling using legacy fields, frames, and features. In addition, the supported functionality may include channel sensing and reporting, such as per-channel network allocation vectors (NAVs) for the sub-channels of the operating bandwidth. A device may identify an operating mode for an operating bandwidth and determine a value for a bandwidth query report (BQR) or a target wake time (TWT) element. The device may check multiple NAVs for sub-channels of the operating bandwidth. The operating bandwidth may span concurrent operations on traditional Wi-Fi frequency bands including the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands as well as the 6 GHz band.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses for wireless communications are described. Stations operating within a system may have a primary radio and a wakeup or low-power radio. Access points (APs) may send indications receivable by the wakeup radio to alert a station of a pending data transmission for the station. APs may transmit synchronization beacons for wakeup radios of the stations, and the transmission timing for the synchronization beacons may be adapted based on operating conditions of one or more stations. For example, an AP may skip transmissions of a synchronization beacon or may adapt the frequency of synchronization beacon transmissions based on various operating conditions or factors. Stations may report certain information about operating conditions or capabilities that may be used to adapt synchronization beacon transmissions.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. An access point (AP) and a station (STA) may identify an identifier for a shared block acknowledgment (ACK) session between the AP and the STA. The AP and the STA may further identify a set of member APs also for the shared block ACK session. For example, the STA may transmit a probe signal to discover the APs with which to associate. Additionally or alternatively, an AP may broadcast a probe signal to discover the STA. In one example transmission scheme, after associating, a primary AP may transmit a set of protocol data units (PDUs) to the APs, to which the AP may reply with a block ACK. The block ACK may indicate one or more PDUs that were not successfully received. One or more secondary APs may retransmit the PDUs determined to be missing.

Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems related multi-link wireless communication. A method may include establishing, between the first WLAN device and a second WLAN device, a multi-link association that enables a first wireless communication link and a second wireless communication link. The method may include determining a temporal key for the multi-link association. The method may include encrypting a first and second media access control (MAC) protocol data unit (MPDU) based on the temporal key. The method may include preparing a first frame including the encrypted first MPDU and a second frame including the encrypted second MPDU. The method may include assigning packet numbers from a set of sequential packet numbers to the first and second frames. The method may include transmitting the first frame over the first wireless communication link and the second frame over the second wireless communication link.

Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for wireless communication, and particularly for address translation during multi-link operation in a wireless local area network (WLAN). The method may include establishing one or more wireless communication links with a station (STA) including a first wireless communication link. The method may include receiving, via the first wireless communication link, a first frame including a first address field that includes a first link media access control (MAC) address associated with the STA. The method may include determining that the STA is associated with a first network MAC address. The method may include removing the first link MAC address from the first address field of the first frame, and inserting the first network MAC address of the STA in a second address field of the first frame. The method may include transmitting the first frame to a first local area network (LAN) device.
