    Abstract: An organic electroluminescence display device includes: a substrate; a first electrode including a first sub-electrode and a second sub-electrode spaced apart from each other and on the substrate; a first light emitting unit on the first electrode; a charge generation unit on the first light emitting unit; a second light emitting unit on the charge generation unit; and a second electrode on the second light emitting unit, wherein the first light emitting unit comprises a first light emitting layer correspondingly on the first sub-electrode; and a second light emitting layer correspondingly on the second sub-electrode, wherein the second light emitting unit comprises a third light emitting layer correspondingly on the first light emitting layer; and a fourth light emitting layer correspondingly on the second light emitting layer.

    Abstract: A tiled display device includes a plurality of display panel modules arranged adjacent to each other. Each of the plurality of display panel modules includes a display panel including a display area and a bezel area at least partially surrounding the display area, a light blocking layer disposed on the display panel and extending from the display area to a portion of the bezel area, and a protective layer disposed on the light blocking layer. In the bezel area, a distance from an end of the display panel to an end of the protective layer is greater than a distance from the end of the display panel to an end of the light blocking layer. Accordingly, an air layer is not formed between the protective layer and the display panel. A visibility of a seam area is reduced.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate; a circuit layer; and an element layer. The circuit layer includes data pad lines disposed in a second sub-region and electrically connecting between data lines and a display driving circuit; data dummy lines disposed in the second sub-region, extending from a bending region, and spaced apart from the display driving circuit; and read-out pad lines disposed in the second sub-region and electrically connecting between read-out lines and a scan driving circuit. The second sub-region includes a first line group region in which the data pad lines are disposed; second line group regions in which the data dummy lines are disposed; and a third line group region in which the read-out pad lines are disposed. At least a portion of the third line group region overlaps the second line group regions.
