    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to information sending methods and devices. One example method includes determining, by a network device, a physical downlink control channel, where the physical downlink control channel includes at least one control channel element (CCE), the at least one CCE is mapped to a resource element group (REG) bundle set, the REG bundle set includes N REG clusters that are discrete in frequency domain, each REG cluster includes a plurality of consecutive physical resource blocks in frequency domain, N is less than M, M is a quantity of REG clusters included in a control resource set, and both N and M are positive integers, and sending, by the network device, downlink control information by using the physical downlink control channel.

    Abstract: A transmission timing information sending method, a transmission timing information receiving method, and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: configuring, by a base station, higher layer signaling, where the higher layer signaling includes at least one transmission timing set used to indicate a transmission timing value, and each of the at least one transmission timing set includes at least one transmission timing value; sending, by the base station, the higher layer signaling to a terminal; determining, by the base station, downlink control information (DCI), where the DCI is used to instruct the terminal to determine a transmission timing value in the at least one transmission timing set, and the determined transmission timing value is a slot that the terminal is instructed to use when sending feedback information; and sending, by the base station, the DCI to the terminal.

    Abstract: Embodiments provide methods and devices for data transmission and assignment of uplink control channel resources in an uplink FDD carrier, for enabling a terminal device to provide HARQ feedback for data transmitted in the downlink using carrier aggregation of a downlink FDD carrier and at least one TDD carrier. A method includes associating each downlink subframe in the downlink FDD carrier with an uplink control channel subframe in the uplink FDD carrier, associating each downlink subframe and special subframe in the TDD carrier with an uplink control channel subframe in the uplink FDD carrier, assigning uplink control channel resources in the uplink FDD carrier to the terminal device according to the associations, and transmitting data on said downlink FDD carrier and/or TDD carrier, to be received by the terminal device.

    Abstract: A candidate control channel resource determining method and apparatus are provided. Under the method, a first and a second aggregation level can be determined by a terminal. The aggregation level is a quantity of control channel resource elements in a candidate control channel. The first aggregation level is less than the second aggregation level. Control channel resource elements in a candidate control channel set corresponding to the second aggregation level form a first quantity of candidate control channel sets corresponding to the first aggregation level. One of the first quantity of candidate control channel sets corresponding to the first aggregation level can be determined as a target set based on an identifier of the terminal. A control channel resource element occupied by each candidate control channel in the target set can be determined. A candidate control channel in the target set can be detected for a received signal.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, user equipment, and a base station for transmitting data. The method for transmitting data includes: receiving, by user equipment UE, multiple hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) timings from a base station, where each of multiple data packets to be sent by the UE is corresponding to one of the multiple HARQ timings; receiving, by the UE, multiple HARQ offset parameters from the base station, where the HARQ offset parameters are in one-to-one correspondence with the multiple HARQ timings; obtaining, by the UE using calculation, multiple PHICH resource indexes respectively according to the multiple HARQ offset parameters, where the multiple PHICH resource indexes respectively point to different PHICH resources; and sending, by the UE, the multiple data packets to the base station, determining, and receiving the feedback response on the time domain resource by using the different PHICH resources.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a method for acquiring information of access resources, a terminal device, and a base station. A terminal device detects a synchronization signal of a cell to be accessed by the terminal device. The terminal device further receives a broadcast channel of the cell on a broadcast channel resource. The terminal device then determines a resource on which the cell is located according to resource indication information carried in the broadcast channel. The broadcast channel resource corresponds to an actual access resource, and the synchronization signal is detected on the actual access resource. The actual access resource is one of a plurality of candidate access resources of the cell. The resource indication information indicates a location relationship between the actual access resource and the resource on which the cell is located.

    Abstract: A data transmission method applied to a base station and user equipment (UE). The base station determines configuration information of a PUCCH and configuration information of an SRS, and sends the configuration information of the PUCCH and the configuration information of the SRS to the UE in a cell. The UE determines, according to the configuration information of the PUCCH, a frequency-domain resource for transmitting the PUCCH, and determines, according to the configuration information of the SRS, a frequency-domain resource for transmitting the SRS. The base station receives, according to the configuration information of the PUCCH, a subcarrier that carries the PUCCH sent by the UE, and demodulates the subcarrier to obtain the PUCCH. The base station receives, according to the configuration information of the SRS, a subcarrier that carries the SRS sent by the UE, and demodulates the subcarrier to obtain the SRS.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and a device for sending and receiving information. The method includes: determining a frame structure of a serving cell, where a radio frame corresponding to the frame structure includes at least one first special subframe, remaining subframes are downlink subframes, and the first special subframe includes symbols used for uplink transmission and downlink transmission, and a GP; and sending and receiving information in the serving cell based on the frame structure. In the technical solution, because the radio frame structure includes the first special subframe, when spectrum resources are maximally applied to downlink data service transmission, not only performance of massive MIMO is improved, but also the serving cell is enabled to work independently.
