    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and apparatus for coding a video, an electronic device and a computer-readable storage medium. A specific implementation scheme is: coding a sampled video frame sequence of a source video by using a preset coding mode to obtain a sample coding overhead; analyzing frame types of frames to be coded in the source video to obtain a frame type sequence of the frames to be coded; determining a predictive coding overhead of the source video according to the sample coding overhead of the source video, the frame type sequence of the frames to be coded, and quantization parameters of coding modes to be used corresponding to different frame types; and determining a coding strategy based on the predictive coding overhead and requirements of transmission bit rate limit information.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and apparatus for predicting a destination, an electronic device and a storage medium, and relates to the field of artificial intelligence technology. A specific implementation comprises: acquiring personalized data of a user and space-time scenario data of the user at a current moment; predicting, through a pre-trained prediction model, a target destination of the user at the current moment based on the personalized data, the space-time scenario data and an attribute feature of each pre-determined candidate destination; and recommending the target destination to the user. The embodiment of the present disclosure may effectively improve the accuracy of the destination prediction and is suitable for more general travel scenarios, and thus, the user experience may be improved.

    Abstract: An event detection method and apparatus, a device, and a computer storage medium are provided, which are related to intelligent transportation and automatic driving. In a specific implementation, a target vehicle located in a target area is detected according to a surveillance video of the target area; acquisition time for the target vehicle and location information of the target vehicle in image frames corresponding to the acquisition time are determined; an acceleration of the target vehicle is obtained according to at least the acquisition time and the location information; and it is judged whether an emergency event occurs for the target vehicle according to the acceleration of the target vehicle. The acceleration of the target vehicle calculated by the embodiments of the present disclosure has a high accuracy, so that a more accurate judgment result can be obtained when subsequently judging whether an emergency event occurs for the target vehicle.
