    Abstract: A method for transmitting and receiving a downlink channel in a wireless communication system and a device therefor are disclosed. Specifically, a method of receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a downlink channel in a wireless communication system, the method comprising receiving configuration information related to a plurality of control resource sets, wherein an index of a control resource set group associated with each control resource set is indicated based on the configuration information; and receiving (i) a first downlink channel based on a first control resource set and (ii) a second downlink channel based on a second control resource set, wherein, based on that an index of a first control resource set group associated with the first control resource set is not indicated, the index of the first control resource set group is set to 0.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting a physical random access channel (PRACH) in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE) receives multiple PRACH configurations which include a first PRACH configuration for new radio access technology (NR) downlink/uplink (DL/UL) carrier in a NR band and a second PRACH configuration for a supplemental UL carrier in a long-term evolution (LTE) band, and transmits at least one of a first PRACH for accessing the NR DL/UL carrier in the NL band by using a first PRACH power based on the first PRACH configuration, or a second PRACH for accessing the supplemental UL carrier in the LTE band by using a second PRACH power based on the second PRACH configuration. The first PRACH configuration and the second PRACH configuration include different PRACH power configurations.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for a user equipment to receive system information in a wireless communication system. Particularly, the method is characterized in detecting a first synchronization signal block configured with a Primary Synchronization Signal (PSS), a Secondary Synchronization Signal (SSS) and a Physical Broadcasting Channel (PBCH) at a specific frequency position, determining a presence or non-presence of system information corresponding to the first synchronization signal block within a first synchronization raster corresponding to a specific frequency position based on a system information indicator included in the PBCH, and if the system information corresponding to the first synchronization signal block is determined as not existing, determining a second synchronization raster having system information exist therein based on the system information indicator.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system and, particularly, to a method and a device therefor, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a first DCI including a counter-DAI and slot group indication information, wherein the counter-DAI indicates a scheduling order in a slot group, and the slot group indication information indicates a first slot group from among a plurality of slot groups; receiving downlink data on the basis of the first DCI; receiving a second DCI including a total-DAI and requiring A/N feedback for the first slot group from among the plurality of slot groups, wherein the total-DAI indicates the total number of schedulings in a slot group; and transmitting uplink control information including A/N information about the first slot group on the basis of the counter-DAI and the total-DAI.
