Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses for pre-configured per-tenant isolation in a multi-tenant cloud based computing environment. An exemplary system having a processor and a memory therein includes means for creating an isolation group, in which creating the isolation groups includes: defining isolation requirements, identifying a group of features utilizing call-out functions, and selecting from among the group of features utilizing call-out functions a group of features having the defined isolation requirements; deploying platform software integrating the isolation requirements, in which the platform software contains instructions to map the isolation requirements to a customer organization; creating the customer organization; creating a unique variant of the customer organization, in which creating the unique variant of the customer organization includes declaratively applying an isolation layer containing isolation requirements on top of a base layer for the customer organization; and deploying the unique variant of the customer organization onto the customer organization's computing infrastructure, in which the unique variant validates per-tenant distinctions for various applications subjected to the isolation requirements.

Abstract: Methods and systems for securing customer data in a multi-tenant database environment are described. A security module running on a database server may generate a private key-public key pair in response to receiving a request to store client data in a database. The security module may then transmit a request to derive a symmetric key to a key server, the request including the generated public key. The key server may derive a symmetric key, using key agreement and a key derivation function, based on the received public key and a private key managed by the key server. The security module may then receive the symmetric key from the key server and encrypt the client data. To facilitate decryption, the public key used to generate the symmetric key and an identifier for the private key managed by the key server may be stored in metadata associated with the client data.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method and computer readable storage medium for detecting space suitable for overlaying media content onto an image. The system receives an image which may be an image or a video frame. The image is processed using a number of image processing techniques in order to automatically propose spaces for inserting media content onto the image. The proposed spaces may then be further analyzed using a heuristics-based approach to select bounding boxes for inserting media content. Subsequently, one or more media content items may be selected for insertion onto the bounding boxes on the image. The system may then cause a display of the image with the selected media content item overlaid onto the image within the selected bounding boxes.

Abstract: A method and system for extracting and labeling Named-Entity Recognition (NER) data in a target language for use in a multi-lingual software module has been developed. First, a textual sentence is translated to the target language using a translation module. A named entity is identified and extracted within the translated sentence. The named entity is identified by either: exact mapping; a semantically similar translated named entity that meets a predetermined minimum threshold of similarity; or utilizing a rule-based library for the target language. Once identified, the named entity is labeled with a pre-determined category and stored in a retrievable electronic database.

Abstract: An online system generates a set of content item variations for a reference content item that include different styles of text for the content item. The different styles of text are generated by applying machine-learned style transfer models, for example, neural network based models to reference text of the reference content item. The text variations retain the textual content of the reference text but are synthesized with different styles. The online system can provide the content item variations to users on an online experimental platform to collect user interaction information that may indicate how users respond to different styles of text. The online system or the content providers can effectively target users with content items that include the style of text the users respond to based on the collected information.

Abstract: Using container and model information to select containers for executing models is described. A system receives a request from an application and identifies a version of a machine-learning model associated with the request. The system identifies model information associated with machine learning models corresponding to a cluster of available serving containers associated with the version of the machine-learning model. The system uses the model information to select a serving container from the cluster of available serving containers. If the machine-learning model is not loaded in the serving container, the system loads the machine-learning model in the serving container. If the machine-learning model is loaded in the serving container, the system executes, in the serving container, the machine-learning model on behalf of the request.
