摘要: A header for a combine harvester includes a conveyor belt for conveying crop material in a conveyance direction, and an adjusting device for adjusting a tension of the conveyor belt. The adjusting device includes a cable that is movable with respect to a frame member of the header. A portion of the cable that is either directly or indirectly attached to one end of a roller for the conveyor belt extends either parallel to or substantially parallel to a tensioning direction of the conveyor belt for adjusting the tension of the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt may be an infeed conveyor belt or a lateral conveyor belt of a draper header, for example.

Food products are cooked while positioned between the upper and lower moving cooking conveyor belts (16) and (18) by heat generated by the heating element assemblies (20) while being advanced by the conveyor belts.

The present invention is applicable to rapid starting and stopping of the scraper conveyor in a heavy load status while adjusting chain tension in real time, thereby resolving a power imbalance problem in a dual-drive system, and has a simple structure and a long service life.

Two rollers are mounted on the frame, with an endless belt located around the two rollers whereby the two rollers are mounted in such a way that they can be moved relative to each other in the conveyance direction. At least one adjustment device is provided on the frame for adjusting the separation between the two rollers. The adjustment device includes a rotatable adjusting component, the axis of rotation S of which lies obliquely above or obliquely below the conveyor level at an angle greater than 0° and less than 90°, in order to make an adjustment to the belt tension possible even after the endless belt has been installed.
