摘要: A system and process for decontaminating a bio-contaminated wastewater fluid as from a slaughterhouse or similar facility. The system and process recovers purified vapor/steam through a decontamination unit having a plurality of alternating rotating trays and fixed baffles in a processing vessel producing separate purified and contaminant streams. One or more filter/strainer units are disposed in parallel before the decontamination unit, and may be used alternately while the other is cleaned. A rotating shaft connected to the rotating trays may also connected to an electrical generator to provide electricity for circuits and controls in the system.

摘要: A sewage treatment machine comprising: a closed container inside which the liquid to be treated is brought to boil; a vacuum-generating apparatus, which is adapted to maintain the inside of the closed container at a given pressure having a value lower than the environmental/external pressure; a heat-pump assembly which is associated to the closed container so as to be able to transfer heat to the liquid present on the bottom of the closed container, thus to bring said liquid to boil, and simultaneously remove heat from the vapours that reach the top of the closed container, thus to condense the vapour and obtain a distilled liquid, and which contains a refrigerant fluid comprising one or more gases of the family of the hydrofluoroolefins in a percentage greater than 3%.

摘要: Provided are a treatment apparatus and a treatment method treating a waste cleaning liquid discharged from a process of producing an electrode of a lithium-ion secondary battery, in which a liquid component and a solid component are efficiently separated from each other, and the liquid component can be sufficiently collected and subjected to volume reduction treatment. The treatment apparatus includes: a stirring tank stirring the waste cleaning liquid; a liquid feed line that takes out the waste cleaning liquid from the stirring tank; and a thin film evaporator evaporating a cleaning liquid in the waste cleaning liquid to separate the solid component. Then, in the treatment method, the waste cleaning liquid is stirred in the stirring tank, the waste cleaning liquid is supplied to the thin film evaporator in a state in which the solid component is diffused, and the cleaning liquid in the waste cleaning liquid is evaporated.

摘要: A system and method for decontaminating a fluid and recovered vapor, particularly processing and recycling water used in an oil zone steam process, utilizing a vaporizer-desalination unit to separate a contaminated water flow into a contaminated disposal flow and a clean water vapor flow. The contaminated water flow is recovered after separation from a combined oil and water flow from an oil well. The clean water vapor flow is preferably passed through a steam generator to produce the steam used in the oil zone steam process. The steam is injected into the oil zone of a designated well and then extracted as the combined oil and water flow. Once primed with sufficient external water, the system and method is designed to operate continuously with minimal replenishment because of the water/vapor/steam cycle.

摘要: The invention relates to the field of olefin oligomerization to obtain liner α-olefins, particularly to a method of separating olefin oligomerization products using an evaporator. The invention includes two embodiments of the method of separating the oligomerization reaction product streams. In accordance with the first embodiment of the invention, the oligomerization reaction product stream after the step of isolating an initial olefin is fed into an evaporator to the step of separating the oligomerization reaction product steam. In accordance with the second embodiment of the invention, the oligomerization reaction product stream after the step of isolating the initial olefin is separated into two streams, the first part of which is fed into the separation column, and the second part is fed into the evaporator. The invention allows to minimize a quantity of technological equipment contaminated by the by-product polymer.
