    摘要： A portable utility stand that integrates the equipment required by users such as musicians, artists, and surveyors. These users generally require a lighted work platform, a tool or instrument support, a comfortable adjustable seat, a storage area for equipment such as tools, an adjustable footrest, shelf to temporarily place equipment, a means to support equipment such as, microphones, tuning devices or a telephone. The equipment is mounted to a base platform equipped with mounting receptacles that allow the user to arrange, adjust, and select suitable equipment for a particular application and in a preferred arrangement. The base platform is essentially a single member with receptacles for equipment mounting. A seating bench with storage unit is centrally located with respect to the mounting receptacles. Floor glides are mounted on bottom extreme ends. Disassembly simply requires removing the receptacle mounted equipment.

    摘要： A chair including a mechanism for preventing shaking of the chair due to vibration of a drum performance, or the like. The chair seat is attached to an upper support post by a holder that clamps around the upper support post. The holder includes two opposite holder parts which are drawn together by tightening screws. The upper support post is received in the interior of a lower support tube. A shaking prevention compression bush is disposed on the lower part of the upper support inside the interior of the lower support and presses against the interior wall of the lower support preventing shaking of the upper and lower supports.

    摘要： The chair has a hinged seat which can be pivoted into an upright position and a tubular frame with a configuration permitting stacking of chairs when the seats are upright. The upright tubular frame portions have telescoped sections on each side to permit vertical adjustment of the chair. Seat support clamps attached to the outer tube have locking pins for holding the desired vertical position. A pair of telescoped tubes are hinged to each clamp and a seat fixed to the outer ones. The inner tubes of the pairs are connected together parallel to each other by a transverse member. A turnbuckle is connected under the seat between the middle of the cross transverse member and the seat to permit forward and backward adjustment of the seat. Particular features are disclosed for the seat support clamps for making the adjustments easier.
