摘要: A battery module includes a module housing, a gauge hole formed in the module housing, a plurality of battery cells in the module housing, a cell pressing plate accommodated in the module housing, and a swelling gauge provided to protrude from a surface of the cell pressing plate. The plurality of battery cells have a normal state and a swelling state. An end of the swelling gauge extends outside the module housing when the plurality of battery cells are in the normal state.

摘要: The invention relates to a distance compensating element for arrangement between two components with a metal foil (4), with spring elements (6) integrally formed with the metal foil (4), wherein the spring elements (6) project from the plane (E) of the metal foil (4) and wherein the spring elements (6) are adapted to be in contact with at least one of the components. The invention also relates to an arrangement comprising two components (22, 24) and a distance-compensating element (2). The invention solves the technical problem of improving a spacer element and an arrangement of two components and a spacer element.

The at least one power distribution and data hub is operable to supply power to at least one peripheral device. A plurality of personal tactical systems is operable to form an ad hoc network to share images and other information for determining object direction, location, and movement.

An exemplary battery pack assembly process may include supporting one or more components, such as a heat exchanger plate, of the battery pack against deflection during the assembly process. Supporting the heat exchanger plate to keep the plate relatively flat during the battery pack assembly process improves the flow distribution of a thermal interface material (TIM), thereby achieving improved TIM coverage and improved heat transfer between battery cells and the heat exchanger plate of the battery pack.

摘要: A flexible long-lasting clean energy power generation device with spontaneous moisture absorption is a multi-layer film structure including a hydrophilic support substrate, a conductive layer and a moisture absorbent layer. The conductive layer is coated on an outer side of the hydrophilic support substrate and has a first section and a second section, and the moisture absorbent layer is coated on the first section of the conductive layer, so that the flexible long-lasting clean energy power generation device is formed into an asymmetrical structure. The moisture absorbent layer captures moisture from the ambient environmental humidity, and the moisture forms a capillary pressure difference by a capillary action and an evaporation, so that water molecules and ions move from the wet area of the moisture absorbent layer to the dry area of the second section to form an electric potential difference.

The battery system includes a shear wall affixed to a lateral side, and a cooling plate affixed to the plurality of battery cells, opposite a base of the cell carrier.
