    摘要: A bullpup-shaped rifle (“BSR”) or assault rifle (“AR”) able to expel a bullet is disclosed. In some embodiments, the BSR includes a firing control unit (“FCU”), grip module, bullpup rear attachment, and bolt and barrel assembly. The FCU is a serialized trigger mechanism capable of initiating launching a directional object when a trigger of the FCU is pulled. The grip module which contains a grip, FCU housing, and rear stabilizing connector, wherein the FCU housing is configured to house a removable FCU. The bullpup rear attachment which is coupled to the rear stabilizing connector for enhancing stability is configured to have a magazine port for receiving a magazine. The bolt and barrel assembly which is situated above the magazine port inside of the bullpup rear attachment behind the FCU facilitates the firing of the object.

    摘要: A castle nut has a groove around an exterior circumference thereof. An end plate has a through hole extending in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of a firearm. When a buffer tube is threaded onto a lower receiver of the firearm with the buffer tube traversing through the castle nut and the end plate, the castle nut can be screwed in a direction toward the lower receiver to fasten the end plate against the lower receiver. When the end plate is fastened against the lower receiver by the castle nut, the securing device can be screwed into the through hole of the end plate such that a portion of the securing device is engaged with the groove of the castle nut to prevent the castle nut to be loosened by being unscrewed in a direction away from the lower receiver.

    摘要: A firearm includes a frame assembly, a slide assembly releasably and slidably coupled to the frame assembly, a bolt assembly including a leading surface, a firing pin, and an adjuster. The adjuster includes a body and an extension. The body defines a first bore, defines a leading surface, and has a thickness. The leading surface is configured to interface with a rear portion of a cartridge, and the body spaces the leading surface from the leading surface of the bolt assembly. The extension couples the body to the bolt assembly and defines a second bore that shares a common central axis with the first bore. The first bore and the second bore receive the firing pin such that the firing pin at least selectively protrudes from the leading surface of the adjuster to engage the cartridge.

    摘要: A takedown pin system may be used for the processes of securing, semi-securing, and/or un-securing the rear connection points of firearm lower and upper receivers, for example, of an AR-15, with an option to maintain axial engagement of the pin to the receivers throughout two or more of the processes. An enhanced pin detent track allows pin rotation when axially-engaged in the receivers. A narrow pin body portion, for example, a recessed side surface portion or a narrow flange, cooperates with the pin hole and/or a slot in an upper receiver rear knuckle. Rotating the pin may locate the recess or flange to make room between the pin and the inner surface(s) of the upper receiver pin hole so the upper receiver can pivot slightly open from the lower receiver. A slot at the bottom of the rear knuckle hole may receive a flange of the takedown pin.

A yoke is mounted on the base and includes a pair of arms configured for capturing a delta ring (“D-ring”) or other component on a firearm. An actuator is rotatably mounted on the yoke and is rotatable between a first, placement position for placing the yoke over the uncompressed D-ring and a second, compressed, release position. With the actuator in its second position, the D-ring is compressed whereby a handguard component of the firearm is released for removal in connection with a firearm servicing procedure.
