Abstract: Systems and methods for determining autonomous vehicle user boarding times are provided. In one example embodiment, a computer implemented method includes obtaining location data associated with a user device associated with a user. The method includes determining an estimated time until the user starts boarding the autonomous vehicle based at least in part on the location data associated with the user device. The method includes obtaining data associated with the user. The method includes determining an estimated time of boarding duration for the user based at least in part on the data associated with the user. The method includes determining an estimated time until the user completes boarding of the autonomous vehicle based at least in part on the estimated time until the user starts boarding the autonomous vehicle and the estimated time of boarding duration for the user.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses and methods are provided herein for monitoring a parking area. A system for monitoring a parking area comprises an image database storing a plurality of images of a parking lot taken by one or more satellites over time, a baseline database storing baseline models of a plurality of sections of the parking lot, and a control circuit coupled to the image database and the baseline database. The control circuit being configured to: determine a utilization condition for each of the plurality of sections of the parking lot based on performing image analysis on the plurality of images of the parking lot, compare the utilization condition for each of the plurality of sections of the parking lot with the baseline model of the plurality of sections of the parking lot, and in an event that the utilization condition of a section of the plurality of sections of the parking lot substantially deviates from the baseline model of the section, automatically generate an action recommendation for the section of the parking lot.

Abstract: A system may include a storage device that stores a set of instructions and a processor in communication with the storage device. When executing the set of instructions, the processor may be configured to cause the system to obtain, from a user terminal, a first geographical location via a network and obtain a second geographical location associated with a virtual parking region. The first geographical location may be determined by the user terminal according a GPS signal. The virtual parking region may include parking space for vehicles. The processor may also be configured to cause the system to determine whether a distance between the first geographical location and the second geographical location is less than a threshold and obtain information associated with the virtual parking region in response to the determination that the distance is less than the threshod.

The bounding box can be included as a parking space on a parking map based on a location associated with the image and/or point cloud.

A trajectory processing platform processes and/or facilitates a processing of trajectory data associated with at least one journey of at least one vehicle to determine at least one portion of the at least one journey that is associated at least one parking search by the at least one vehicle. The trajectory processing platform also determines one or more street segments associated with the at least one portion of the at least one journey. The trajectory processing platform further causes, at least in part, a classification of the one or more street segments as associated with the at least one parking search. The trajectory processing platform further determines parking availability information for the one or more street segments based, at least in part, on the trajectory data.

Abstract: A method to manage a parking area by a system in connection with the vehicle is provided. The system is designed to enter into connection with a vehicle that is looking for a parking space, and to assign a parking position to the vehicle. The system registers available parking room on the basis of an entropy calculation, wherein, within a parking area, both an a priori entropy prior to parking the vehicle and an a posteriori entropy are evaluated for a specific parking position, in order for a parking position to be assigned to the vehicle that brings about the lowest possible entropy on the parking area.
