摘要: An illuminated slackline is made of an elongate tube which is formed by a translucent wall. The tube is longitudinally elastic and defines an elongate enclosed space. An elongate light emitting device within the enclosed space emits light which travels through the tube wall and illuminates the slackline. A power cord extends from the device through a slackline terminal securement loop to a power source/lighting power control device which powers and controls the intensity, color and frequency of the emitted light. A friction reducing translucent tube around the device allows the device to slide within the tube elongate enclosed space. A power cord tension relief device in the enclosed space expands to prevent tension on the power cord. Tension in the device and the power cord is thereby prevented as the elongate tube longitudinally expands relative to the device and power cord.

摘要: The invention relates to a fastening system for a sports and recreation device. The fastening system comprises a slackline, two band damps, and a block and tackle, and two round slings. The fastening system is characterized in that the band damps and the block and tackle comprise round-sling bolts and slackline bolts, wherein the round-sling bolts and the slackline bolts can be guided in elongated holes and functional holes vertically with respect to their axes and can be displaced, in the direction of their axes, through cut-outs in the functional holes. The bolts, at each of their two ends, comprise bolt heads having a diameter that is smaller than the cut-outs but larger than the elongated holes.

摘要: Deployable slackline systems are disclosed which can support a slackline at a desired height and nominal tension. The disclosed systems may maintain one or more slacklines and can adjust height and tension of individual slacklines while the slacklines are in use. The disclosed slackline systems are stowable; tensioning and termination assemblies of the slackline system can each fold into a compact housing having a height substantially less than a vertical range of motion of the slackline. The disclosed slackline systems can be implemented in aquatic or non-aquatic performance environments such as on cruise ships or other hospitality settings.

摘要: Disclosed is a slackline activity device including a main line and an anchor line configured to be tautly connected to each other and suspended between fixed objects. The mainline includes two webbings which form pockets. The pockets are locations where the two webbings are not in contact with either other, surrounded by two locations where the webbings are in contact with each other. The pockets may be formed by the webbings being fixed to each other or being woven together. Hangers, such as carabineers, are inserted into the pockets, and activity devices are suspended therefrom. Such a device may be used for recreation and exercise.

摘要: A portable human balance training device for improving the human proprioceptive system, athletic performance, athletic speed, athletic agility, athletic vertical leap, athletic eye/hand coordination, spatial awareness, left/right brain organization and increasing the muscular development of a user. The balancing device has an elongated suspended support structure spanning the length of the device. The balancing device also has an end support structure at each end for suspending and stabilizing the support structure. A flexible line is mounted to the end supports and spans the length of the support structure. The user places all or part of their body weight on the suspended support band and attempts to balance.

摘要: A novel balance exercise apparatus and method of training is disclosed which includes a spanning system which spans between two positions in space and supports a suspended system which is suspended between the two positions in space. A user trains their balance skills and exercises by positioning all or part of their body on the suspended system and then moves their body to maintain their balance while remaining in place or doing exercises. The suspended system creates a dynamic balance environment where the suspended system may move such as swing, bend, rotate, or twist, all controlled by the balance and movement of the user. The suspended system may consist of rigid and/or flexible devices that are supported by the spanning system above the ground. In addition, the spanning system and the suspended system may include devices to vary the nature and difficulty of the dynamic balance environment. The dynamic balance environment may range from stiff to very soft and incorporate variable spring and bounce properties. The dynamic nature of the balance environment makes this system a very effective and challenging balance training system.
