In a network advertisement system, an information processing section includes a module to store, when sales or service operation is conducted for a first terminal, purchase history of articles or services of the first terminal; and a Social Network Service includes an extraction module to extract, on receiving from the module a notification of the reception of the article or service by the first terminal, registered users related to the user of the first terminal. The SNS notifies the reception of the article or service by the first terminal to terminals of the registered users thus extracted. When a second terminal receives purchase of an article or provision of a service on the basis of the notification of purchase information of plural users, a degree of contribution to the sales promotion is expressed by a numeric value for each of the plural users by referring to the shop server and the SNS to reflect the degree of contribution to the affiliate. Therefore, in the network advertisement system, when a user purchases an article, information of the article is notified to friends of the user to thereby automatically provide an amount of affiliate to the user or a plurality of users.

The present invention is to provide a media burst control system in a multimedia service using one or more media servers in which the floor is synchronized between the media. A floor management server 30 for managing the floor allocation policy for multimedia is provided independent of a group of media servers 20 for providing media services. The floor allocation policy for multimedia to be allocated to the group of media servers is stored in a floor allocation policy portion 33 and control is made so as to synchronize the floor of the respective media by a floor allocation judgment portion 32. The floor allocation policy portion 33 is designed to integrate for setting the policies set for respective media servers of the group of media servers 20 or to enter the policy for multimedia from any terminal of the group of terminals 10 or a server such as a presence server 40 or the like.

According to the present invention, a voice transceiver is provided which is characterized in comprising: an input mechanism for inputting compressed voice codes of analog data; an expansion unit for digitalizing the compressed voice codes, and expanding and outputting digital voice data; a buffer for storing the digital voice data; a detection unit for detecting the quantity of data of the digital voice data stored in the buffer, and outputting a detection signal as the detection result; a converter for converting the digital voice data into analog voice data based on a detection signal; and a speaker for emitting the analog voice data into the air. In addition, an insertion/disposal control unit monitors the remaining data amount of the digital voice data of an SP output buffer, such that when the digital voice data within the buffer falls below a first threshold value, a dummy voice code is supplied to a voice decoder; on the other hand, when the digital voice data within the buffer exceeds a second threshold value, the insertion/disposal control unit discards the digital voice data to be outputted to the voice decoder. As a result, the detection performance, in the case when the transmission data is disrupted, is improved; the reliability of the voice data reception is increased; the voice reception quality is improved; and the output from the speaker is controlled to ensure a smooth output voice.

For extension of service lives of rollers and discs of a toroidal continuously variable transmission, input discs, output discs and rollers are formed of a heat-resisting bearing steel. At least a roller has its peripheral surface subjected to a shot peening for achieving a compressive residual stress of 0.6 to 1.2 GPa and a hardness of HRC 63 to 66 at the outermost surface.

A continuously variable transmission including discs made of heat-resisting bearing steel, and rollers made of ceramics. The heat-resisting bearing steel contains 0.8-1.5 wt % of C, 0.5-2.0 wt % of Si, 0.3-2.0 wt % of Mn, 1.3-1.98 wt % of Cr, and 0.3-1.0 wt % of Mo, (Si+Mo) being 1.0 wt % or more. Because the rollers are made of ceramics superior in heat resistance, the toroidal type continuously variable transmission, even if used under high load and high rotational speed, is free from occurrence of sticking between discs and rollers and damage of the raceway surfaces.

The invention provides an acoustic echo canceler which realizes sufficient echo suppression processing on an auditory sense which matches with an amount of calculation and realizes a good speech quality. The acoustic echo canceler includes a first analysis filter bank for dividing a reception signal into a plurality of sub-bands, a plurality of adaptive filters for individually producing false echo signals from the reception signal after divided into the sub-bands, a second analysis filter bank for dividing an input signal into a plurality of sub-bands, a plurality of subtractors for subtracting the false echo signals corresponding to the sub-bands from the input signal after divided into the sub-bands, and a synthesis filter bank for composing outputs of the subtractors. The acoustic echo canceler further includes a band information calculation section for estimating influences of the echoes for the individual sub-bands and determining a priority order based on the estimation. Each of the adaptive filters determines processing to be executed thereby based on the priority order.

A bidirectional nonlinear resistor for use as a nonlinear active element having a highly insulating organic film formed on a first conductor by polymerizing an electrolytic solution containing a supporting electrolyte and a soluble organic compound, and a conductor identical or not identical in kind with the first conductor formed on the organic film is provided. An active matrix substrate including a plurality of the bidirectional nonlinear resistor elements may be used to have a liquid crystal display panel.
