Abstract: A flexible touch cover and an out-cell type flexible touch display panel are provided, the flexible touch cover is used for the out-cell type flexible touch display panel. The flexible touch cover includes a base layer including a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, a hardened layer disposed on the first surface, and a touch control layer disposed on the second surface. A thickness of the out-cell type flexible touch display panel can be reduced, and the out-cell type flexible touch display panel also has excellent anti-interference.
