Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a measurement method, a measurement indication method, and a device. The method includes receiving indication information, where the indication information indicates whether a terminal can perform measurement at one or more second SSBs, a frequency position of the second SSB is different from a frequency position of a first SSB, and the first SSB is an SSB for measurement of a serving cell. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the terminal may perform RRM measurement at a non-cell defining SSB in a BWP at which downlink reception is currently performed, which reduces interruption of data transmission, and improves flexibility of measurement behavior of the terminal.

Abstract: This application discloses a radio resource management measurement method, a terminal device, and a network device. The RRM measurement method includes: obtaining indication information from a network, where the indication information is used to indicate a type of RRM measurement behavior of a terminal device in a highspeed scenario, and the type of RRM measurement behavior includes a first type of RRM measurement behavior or a second type of RRM measurement behavior; and in a case that the indication information indicates the first type of RRM measurement behavior, starting RRM measurement of an intra-frequency cell before an eDRX cycle arrives, and receiving a paging message when the eDRX cycle arrives. Therefore, power consumption of the terminal device can be reduced in embodiments of this application.

Abstract: A cell reselection method, performed by an electronic device, includes: in a case of detecting that the electronic device performs ping-pong reselection in multiple cells, obtaining a number of reselections; in a case that the number of reselections reaches a preset number of times. The cell reselection method further includes determining a target cell among the multiple cells. Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP) fluctuation of the target cell is less than a preset fluctuation threshold. Reference Signal Received Quality (RSRQ) within a camping period is greater than a first threshold. The cell reselection method also includes setting an offset value and accessing the target cell according to the offset value.
