Abstract: A protecting cover for an electronic device is disclosed. The protecting cover includes a first cover, a second cover and a holder. The first cover includes a first magnetic substance at an end and configured to protect a first side of the electronic device. The second cover is connected to the first cover through a connecting portion and configured to protect a second side opposite the first side of the electronic device. The holder including a supporting member coupled to an inner side of the second cover. The holder also includes a rotary member coupled the supporting member, and configured to be rotatable with respect to the supporting member and hold the electronic device. Other embodiments are possible.
