Abstract: A display device includes a first substrate, a wavelength conversion layer disposed on the first substrate, an inorganic film disposed on the wavelength conversion layer, a flattening film disposed on the inorganic film, and a first polarizing layer disposed on the flattening film, where a difference between a coefficient of thermal expansion of the flattening film and a coefficient of thermal expansion of the inorganic film is about 50 ppm/K or less.
