    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel that includes an upper surface, a first side surface portion that extends from a first side of the upper surface, and a second side surface portion that extends from a second side connected to the first side, a first force sensor disposed in the first side surface portion and a second force sensor disposed in the second side surface portion, and a controller that determines a type and a state of an application being executed when a first input signal is sensed through the first force sensor and execute an operation corresponding to the type of the application and the state of the application being executed when a second input signal is sensed through the second force sensor within a preset time from an interruption of the first input signal.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels configured to display an image, and further including a light blocking member on the pixels to define a display area and a non-display area, the light blocking member having a curvature part, and a supporting leg connected to a first surface of the display panel to support the display panel, wherein the plurality of pixels include a first pixel that does not overlap with the curvature part from a plan view, and a second pixel partial overlapping with the curvature part, wherein the first and second pixels are configured to display the image on a second surface of the display panel opposite to the first surface.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel configured to display an image, and a sensor provided on at least one surface of the display panel and configured to sense a touch location and a touch pressure. The sensor includes a sensing unit having sensing electrodes formed on a same layer, and of which a capacitance changes according to a touch, and a resistance element disposed on the sensing unit, and of which a resistance changes according to a pressure of the touch. Accordingly, touch and touch intensity can both be sensed.
