Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or a base station. In one aspect, the apparatus may transmit a list of a plurality of CCs for a transmission of at least one PDCP PDU, the plurality of CCs corresponding to a plurality of indicated CCs. Additionally, the apparatus may determine whether to retransmit the at least one PDCP PDU, a retransmission of the at least one PDCP PDU being associated with a PDCP duplication procedure. The apparatus may also select one or more CCs of the plurality of CCs for the retransmission of the at least one PDCP PDU.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enhance the determination of ED threshold to improve the channel access probability of the UE and the base station. In one aspect, a UE or a base station determines an ED threshold for a transmission, where the ED threshold is based on a characteristic of the transmission, a channel, or the UE/base station excluding a maximum transmit power of the UE or the base station. The UE or the base station determines whether an energy on the channel is less than the determined ED threshold. The UE or the base station transmits on the channel when the energy is determined to be less than the ED threshold.

An energy receiver may receive a first message that includes information indicative of a time division duplex (TDD) configuration for wireless energy and information transfer, the TDD configuration indicating a temporal arrangement of energy and information resources. The UE may receive a set of sidelink transmissions and a set of downlink transmissions, generate a joint HARQ codebook based on a downlink counter (e.g., a counter downlink assignment index) for the downlink transmissions and a sidelink counter (e.g., a counter sidelink assignment index) for the sidelink transmissions, where the downlink counter and the sidelink counter are jointly summed, and transmit feedback message to the base station for the downlink transmissions and the sidelink transmissions based on the joint HARQ codebook.
