Abstract: A method is provided for receiving, at a data collection entity, from each cell, a time series of a respective set of data where each set of data includes at least: one or more per-cell performance measurement data, one or more per-cell serving beams of each scheduled UE device, and a time and frequency allocation of each scheduled UE device to be served by the corresponding one or more per-cell serving beams; generating, by a cSON entity, from the sets of data received from the data collection entity, a set of cross-beam inter-cell interference profiles; establishing, by the cSON entity, from at least the set of cross-beam inter-cell interference profiles, a beam scheduling policy; receiving, at each cell, from the cSON entity, the beam scheduling policy; and applying, by a respective scheduler at each cell, the beam scheduling policy to each of the one or more per-cell serving beams.

Abstract: A RL agent performs a RL process to configure at least one Discontinuous Reception, DRX, cycle for a User Equipment, UE. An action is selected by the RL agent in an action space. Each action in the action space corresponds to a DRX cycle configuration. The RL agent sends to the UE indication to use the DRX cycle configuration corresponding to the selected action. Abstract: In some embodiments, a computing system maintains, in a memory, information on one or more terminal devices, a dictionary of beams and information on a spatial grid. The computing system maps each terminal device to the spatial grid based on up-to-date results of radio measurements and calculates, for each spatial element, a load caused by the one or more terminal devices based on the mapping. The computing system evaluates, for each combination of a beam and a terminal device, a reference signal received power, RSRP, based on results of the radio measurements. The computing system calculates a first map of expected spatial distribution of traffic based on the calculated loads and beam-specific second maps of expected RSRP based on the values of the RSRP. Finally, the computing system causes performing beamforming optimization based on the first map and second maps.
