摘要: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for remapping traffic between network slices during handover. One apparatus includes a processor and a transceiver that receives a first message indicating that a first connection is not supported in a target RAN. Here, the first connection is established with a first network slice and the first message indicates that buffering-and-forwarding of data traffic of the first connection is supported. The transceiver transmits a request to establish a second connection with a second network slice over the Target RAN and receives a second message from the Target RAN for establishing the second connection, where the second message includes an identifier of the first connection. The processor communicates at least one buffered data packet of the first connection over the second connection.

摘要: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for random access skip configuration. One method includes receiving a handover command message from a first cell, wherein: the handover command message includes first information that indicates a configuration of a second cell, random access channel resources on the second cell, and a first reference signals associated with the second cell; each of the first reference signals is associated with a random access channel resource; second information indicates skip configurations and second reference signals are associated with the second cell; and each of the second reference signals is associated with a random access skip configuration. The method includes receiving a first set of downlink reference signals and a second set of downlink reference signals. The method includes, selecting a first downlink reference signal and determining whether to perform a random access procedure.

摘要: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for power headroom report generation. One method includes aggregating multiple serving cells. The method includes determining that a power headroom report is triggered. The method includes receiving, at a first time after the power headroom report is triggered, a first uplink grant that allocates resources for a new transmission on a serving cell of the multiple serving cells. The method includes determining a power headroom value for each serving cell of the multiple serving cells being activated based on information received prior to and including the first time. The method includes generating a power headroom report medium access control control element including at least the power headroom value for each serving cell of the multiple serving cells being activated.

摘要: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for extracting EtherCAT datagrams from an EtherCAT frame. One method includes receiving an EtherCAT frame. The method includes determining a first EtherCAT datagram in the EtherCAT frame for a first device and a second EtherCAT datagram in the EtherCAT frame for a second device. The method includes extracting the first EtherCAT datagram from the EtherCAT frame to result in an extracted first EtherCAT datagram and the second EtherCAT datagram from the EtherCAT frame to result in an extracted second EtherCAT datagram. The method includes transmitting the extracted first EtherCAT datagram directly to the first device. The method includes transmitting the extracted second EtherCAT datagram directly to the second device.

摘要: Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for supporting a mixture of BR and HFBT. One apparatus (600) includes a processor (605) that provides a physical (“PHY”) layer (255) and a Medium Access Control (“MAC”) layer (260) and a transceiver (625) that communicates on a sidelink channel. The processor (605) determines (805) a minimum time duration between a first resource for HARQ transmission of the transport block (“TB”) and a second resource for HARQ transmission of the TB. Here, the minimum time duration comprises a sum of: a first time to receive HARQ feedback, a second time to determine whether to perform retransmissions of the TB, and a third time to retransmit the TB. The processor (605) selects (810) a retransmission mode based on the minimum time duration and selects (815) sidelink resources for retransmission of the TB based on the selected retransmission mode.
