Abstract: An image projection device and an image projection device comprising the same are disclosed. A phosphor wheel according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises a substrate, a reflective light-emission layer disposed on the substrate, and a phosphor layer disposed on the reflective light-emission layer, wherein the reflective light-emission layer includes resin and a phosphor having a higher heat conductivity than that of the resin. Accordingly, high-efficiency light output and color purity improvement are possible.
