Abstract: This application discloses a communication methods and a communications apparatuses. In a method, a network device sends first information to a terminal, where the first information is used to indicate a first search space, a second search space, a first monitoring parameter, and a second monitoring parameter. The first monitoring parameter is a monitoring parameter for monitoring a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) in the first search space, the second monitoring parameter is a monitoring parameter for monitoring a PDCCH in the second search space, and the first search space is different from the second search space; or, the first search space is the same as the second search space but the first monitoring parameter is different from the second monitoring parameter.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method, a network device, and a terminal device. The method includes: generating, by a network device, indication information, where the indication information is used to instruct a terminal device to directly transmit uplink data on a channel resource without performing listen before talk (LBT), the channel resource is an unlicensed spectrum resource preempted by the network device through listen before talk LBT, and a first time interval between a moment at which transmission of downlink data on the channel resource ends and a moment at which the terminal device is scheduled to start the transmission of the uplink data is less than or equal to a preset time interval; and sending, by the network device, the indication information to the terminal device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a power control method, a base station, and user equipment. The method includes: determining, by the base station, a transmit power control parameter, where the power control parameter is used to determine maximum transmit power of the user equipment; sending, by the base station, the transmit power control parameter to the user equipment; and instructing, by the base station, the user equipment to use the maximum transmit power of the user equipment to send a device-to-device (D2D) signal, so that the user equipment can quickly acquire the maximum transmit power when performing D2D communication in a mobile telecommunication system (such as an LTE system).
