Abstract:
Embodiments of this application provide a load balancing method and apparatus, to perform effective load balancing in a distributed CDN scenario. The method performs by a terminal device, includes: sending a first request message to a load balancing device, where the first request message is used to request to-be-transmitted data and an internet protocol IP address of a content delivery network CDN server; receiving a first response message sent by the CDN server, where the first response message includes a length of the to-be-transmitted data and the IP address of the CDN server, and a source IP address of the first response message is an IP address of the load balancing device; and if the terminal device determines that the length of the to-be-transmitted data is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, establishing a connection to the CDN server based on the IP address of the CDN server.
Abstract:
A method for configuring a service node, a service node pool registrar, and a system are provided. The service node pool registrar receives a service node query request sent by a management configuration device, where the service node query request includes a service requirement, where the service requirement is from a user or caused by a network change; the service node pool registrar searches a service node database to obtain service node information that matches the service node query request and sends the matching service node information to the management configuration device, so that the management configuration device performs network and service configuration on the matching service node according to obtained network topology information and the matching service node information.
Abstract:
A video playing method, a device, and a system are provided. The method includes: receiving, by a VR device, a first-resolution VR video stream of a first viewing angle and a second-resolution VR video stream of a full viewing angle that are sent by a server, where the first resolution is greater than the second resolution; playing an image of the first viewing angle by using the VR video stream of the first viewing angle; when determining that the viewing angle changes, playing an image of a current viewing angle by using the first or both of the VR video stream of the full viewing angle and the VR video stream of the first viewing angle; sending, to the server, viewing angle information that carries a parameter for indicating a changed-to second viewing angle; receiving a first-resolution VR video stream of the second viewing angle sent by the server.
Abstract:
A quality of service (QoS) resource allocation method and apparatus, where the method includes receiving service information from then, sending a QoS resource request message that carries the service information to a policy and charging rules function (PCRF) corresponding to the terminal, where the QoS resource request message requesting the PCRF to allocate a QoS resource to a terminal service, and receiving a request response message from the PCRF indicating whether the QoS resource is successfully allocated to the terminal service. The terminal can recognize the service information of the terminal service, and a specific implementation of sending, to the PCRF, the service information of the terminal service recognized by the terminal is put forward such that accuracy of a policy formulated by the PCRF is improved.
Abstract:
A method and a device for sharing a PCIe I/O device, and an interconnection system are provided. The method includes: determining a shared PCIe I/O device in a PCIe interconnection system; establishing, by using a BAR at a working node, a first mapping relationship between an address of a CSR of the shared PCIe I/O device and an address, used for processing the CSR, in a working node domain. The method also includes establishing, by using an A-LUT fragment at a management node side of the NTB, a second mapping relationship between an address, used for receiving an MSI-X interrupt of the shared PCIe I/O device, in a management node domain and an address, used for processing the MSI-X interrupt, in the working node domain.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a code channel detecting method and a related device and a communication system. In the solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention, whether a DPA code channel is in an active state is determined with multiple thresholds based on a first reference value and a third reference value, or based on a first reference value, a second reference value and a third reference value. This mechanism takes multiple possible false determination situations into consideration, thereby ensuring a code channel correct detection rate in multiple interference scenarios and relatively reducing a false alarm rate.
Abstract:
An apparatus for delivering virtual reality data portions to a client device, including a processing unit configured to perform the following in each one of a plurality of iterations: (1) receive from a network a current orientation data indicating a current orientation of a client device, (2) apply a rotation to a segment of a sphere defined in a virtual reality (VR) video file according to the current orientation, (3) crop from the rotated segment of the sphere in an equirectangular projection format an extended field of view (EFOV) frame in the equirectangular projection format according to the current orientation, and (4) instruct the network to transmit the EFOV frame to the client device.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a call record synchronization method, a cloud platform, and a terminal. The method includes: detecting, by a first terminal, an input operation for requesting to display a call record; and after the first terminal detects the input operation, displaying, by the first terminal, a merged call record, where the merged call record is a call record obtained after merging of a call record of the first terminal and a call record of a second terminal, and the merged call record includes a device identifier of the first terminal and/or a device identifier of the second terminal. According to the embodiments of the present invention, a user can use the merged call record to identify call answering or making statuses on a plurality of terminals, without querying a plurality of call records. This improves user experience.
Abstract:
A call record synchronization method includes detecting, by a first terminal, an input operation for requesting to display a call record. The method further includes, after the first terminal detects the input operation, displaying, by the first terminal, a merged call record, where the merged call record is a call record obtained after merging of a call record of the first terminal and a call record of a second terminal. The merged call record includes a device identifier of the first terminal and/or a device identifier of the second terminal.
Abstract:
This application provides an acknowledgment packet transmission method and a communications device. The method includes: receiving, by a first device, data sent by a second device; sending, by the first device, the acknowledgment packet to the second device, where the acknowledgment packet includes an acknowledgment field, the acknowledgment field carries data lengths of K groups of data packets, and the data lengths vary with a data amount included in each group of data packets received/lost by the first device.
