Abstract: This application provides a subflow establishment method. A local-end device obtains an identifier of an operator currently accessed by a network interface card of the local end device. The local-end device obtains a plurality of IP addresses of a peer-end device and identifiers of operators to which the plurality of IP addresses are homed; and establishes, by matching a plurality of operators corresponding to the local-end device and the plurality of operators corresponding to the peer-end device, a subflow between an IP address pair homed to a same operator. Abstract: This application discloses a communications method and related communications apparatus and system. The method includes recovering, by a first node, when detecting that a first packet is lost, the first packet according to a local recovery mechanism. The first packet is a packet obtained based on a packet sent by at least one first terminal to at least one second terminal, and the first node is a node on a network path between each first terminal and a second terminal communicating with the first terminal. The method further includes adding a first identification information related to local recovery, and sending the first packet. This application can reduce a transmission delay and improve transmission efficiency.

Abstract: A voice processing method is provided, including: when a terminal records a video, if a current video frame includes a face and a current audio frame includes a voice, determining a target face in the current video frame; obtaining a target distance between the target face and the terminal; determining a target gain based on the target distance, where a larger target distance indicates a larger target gain; separating a voice signal from a voice signal of the current audio frame; and performing enhancement processing on the voice signal based on the target gain, to obtain a target voice signal. This implements adaptive enhancement of a human voice signal during video recording.

A TCP receiving end adds a load level to a to-be-returned acknowledgement (ACK) packet. A TCP transmitting end determines a new congestion window based on the load level of the ACK packet and a current congestion window.
