Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a battery cell to alleviate the problem of impurities falling into an electrode assembly. Wherein, the battery cell includes: an electrode assembly including a tab and a cell body, wherein the tab is connected to the cell body; a cover plate assembly including an electrode terminal and a cover plate, wherein the electrode terminal is disposed on the cover plate; a connecting sheet connected between the tab and the electrode terminal, the connecting sheet includes a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion, wherein the first connecting portion is connected to the tab, and the second connecting portion is connected to the electrode terminal; an insulating pallet disposed between the cell body and the connecting sheet; and an insulation member disposed between the insulating pallet and the second connecting portion.

The plurality of batteries are arranged in a longitudinal direction. The end plate has: a main body portion, located on one side of the plurality of batteries in the longitudinal direction; and an extension portion, formed on the main body portion and extending in the longitudinal direction away from the batteries. The output electrode connecting sheet has: a first connecting portion, connected to a corresponding battery; and a second connecting portion, connected to one end of the first connecting portion and fixed to the extension portion of the end plate.

Abstract: The present application provides a battery module, a battery pack, and a battery-powered apparatus. The battery module includes a plurality of battery units and a busbar assembly. The plurality of battery units are arranged in a horizontal direction, where each battery unit includes a plurality of batteries stacked in a vertical direction, the plurality of batteries include a first battery and a second battery, the first battery and the second battery each include a first electrode terminal, a second electrode terminal, and an explosion-proof piece. A busbar assembly electrically connects the plurality of battery units, where the busbar assembly includes a first busbar connected to the first electrode terminal and the second electrode terminal. In a first direction perpendicular to the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, the first busbar includes a first weak zone that at least partially overlaps with the explosion-proof piece of the first battery.

Abstract: A battery pack for optimizing the structure of the battery pack includes a case, a battery module and a blocking member. The case includes an accommodating cavity and a drain hole in communication with the accommodating cavity. The battery module is contained inside the accommodating cavity. The blocking member is mounted to the case, wherein the blocking member is disposed on one side of the battery module in a width direction. At least a part of the blocking member is arranged between the battery module and the drain hole to block a binder for fixing the battery module from entering the drain hole. The reservoir cavity is provided, such that the liquid flow into a reservoir portion to prevent dangers such as short-circuit occurring in the battery module when liquid is accumulated inside the case.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a case of a battery, a battery, a power consumption device, and a method and device for preparing a battery. The case includes: an electrical chamber configured to accommodate a plurality of battery cells and a bus component, where at least one battery cell of the plurality of battery cells includes a pressure relief mechanism; a thermal management component configured to accommodate a fluid to adjust temperatures of the plurality of battery cells; and a collection chamber configured to collect, when the pressure relief mechanism is actuated, emissions from the battery cell provided with the pressure relief mechanism; where the thermal management component is configured to isolate the electrical chamber from the collection chamber. According to the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application, the safety of the battery can be enhanced.

Abstract: Provided are an end cover assembly, a battery cell, a battery, and an electrical apparatus. The end cover assembly is for a battery cell and comprises: an end cover provided with a pressure relief through hole; a pressure relief mechanism connected to the end cover and covering the pressure relief through hole, and configured to be actuated to release the pressure inside the battery cell when the pressure reaches a threshold; and a reinforcing mechanism, located on a side of the end cover facing away from an electrode assembly of the battery cell, and covering at least a part of the pressure relief through hole. The reinforcing mechanism is at least connected to a portion of the end cover at two sides of the pressure relief through hole along a first direction to enhance the strength of the end cover at the pressure relief through hole.

Abstract: This application relates to a cover assembly of a secondary battery. The cover assembly includes a cover plate with an air hole; a blocker inserted into and blocking the air hole; a sealing member disposed between the blocker and the cover plate configured to seal a gap between the blocker and the cover plate; and a fastener disposed inside the air hole. The fastener is connected to the cover plate, the blocker is connected to the cover plate through the fastener. The fastener is configured to deform in response to a temperature rise, so that the blocker stops blocking the air hole. The blocker stops blocking the air hole as a temperature inside a housing rises, to discharge gas from the housing through the air hole. In this way, the secondary battery can be prevented from an explosion, while partial heat is taken away through gas discharge.

Each battery module further includes an insulation cover covering and fixed to a top of the battery row to insulate each battery module from outside.
