Abstract: A display substrate and a display device are provided. The display substrate includes: a base substrate; and a light-emitting element arranged on the base substrate, and including a first electrode, an organic functional layer and a second electrode arranged sequentially in that order in a direction away from the base substrate. The light-emitting element includes a first surface proximate to the base substrate, a second surface distal to the base substrate, and a side surface arranged between the first surface and the second surface. The display substrate further includes a reflection layer covering at least a part of the side surface and configured to reflect light from the organic functional layer.
