Abstract: A display substrate, including a light transmitting display region, a main display region and a transition region. The display substrate includes: a base substrate; a first light emitting unit located in the light transmitting display region; a first pixel circuit located in the transition region: a plurality of light transmitting conductive wires including a first conductive wire and a second conductive wire; a plurality of conductive parts located in the transition region, including a first conductive part and a second conductive part; and a first via hole penetrating a first planarization layer and electrically connecting the first conductive part with the second conductive part. Abstract: Disclosed are a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes: a substrate, a pixel array including a plurality of pixel units arranged on the substrate, a circuit structure including at least two first conductive patterns and at least one second conductive pattern, and a light shielding portion including a first light shielding portion. Orthographic projections of the first conductive patterns on the substrate are separated from each other by a first gap. An orthographic projection of at least a part of the first gap on the substrate is within an orthographic projection of the first light shielding portion on the substrate and within an orthographic projection of the second conductive pattern on the substrate. The at least one second conductive pattern extends in a direction different from a direction in which the at least two first conductive patterns extend, so as to span the first conductive patterns.
