Abstract: An array substrate is provided. The array substrate includes an anode layer including a plurality of anodes on the base substrate, a respective anode being at least partially in a respective subpixel region; a carrier transport blocking layer on a side of the anode layer away from the base substrate, the carrier transport blocking layer at least partially blocking carrier transport; a pixel definition layer on a side of the carrier transport blocking layer away from the base substrate, the pixel definition layer defining subpixel apertures, a respective subpixel aperture exposing at least a portion of the respective anode; and an organic layer including at least a first portion in the respective subpixel region and on a side of the anode layer away from the base substrate.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure propose a display substrate, a method for manufacturing the same, and a display panel. In an embodiment, the display substrate includes a flexible substrate, the flexible substrate includes a bending region, the bending region has a first groove, wherein at least an inner wall of the first groove has a first flexible layer, at least one rib is provided on the first flexible layer at a bottom of the first groove, a wiring layer covers the rib on the first flexible layer, and the wiring layer has alternating protrusions and recessions, and an orthographic projection of the protrusions on the flexible substrate and an orthographic projection of the rib on the flexible substrate at least partially overlap.

Abstract: An in-cell touch screen panel, a driving method thereof and a display device. A plurality of sub-pixels are grouped into sub-pixel groups, each of which includes at least two sub-pixels, and cathode layers of different sub-pixel groups are independent of one another. The cathode layers are reused as self-capacitance electrodes, and a driving chip determines a touch position by detecting a change in capacitance of the cathode layer, thereby achieving touch control functionality. The driving chip outputs, in a fourth phase, signals to respective cathode layers and signal terminals of each sub-pixel circuit, each of the signals is a superposition of the signal output in a third phase with a touch scanning signal.
