摘要: Provided is a developing apparatus configured to slim the resist pattern while reducing the number of developing modules. A room temperature developing liquid and a high temperature developing liquid to modify the surface layer of a resist pattern can be supplied from a common nozzle to a substrate disposed on a mount table. Although both developing liquids may be sequentially discharged by switching between the supply line for the room temperature developing liquid and the supply line for the high temperature developing liquid, it is also possible to join these supply lines for supplying the room temperature developing liquid from the former supply line, and then adjust the ratio of the flow rates between both supply lines, and then supply the mixed liquid of the developing liquids as a high temperature developing liquid.

摘要: When there is a job activation request accompanied with variable information in which an execution attribute and an identifier of a job are associated, a job definition in which an execution attribute is described with an arbitrary identifier is referred, and based on the variable information, an identifier within the job definition is replaced with the execution attribute to create a job. Then, the job created in this manner is activated.

摘要: The system simulator comprises master simulators 1f, 1s, 2f and 2s for simulating a bus master, a slave simulator L for simulating a bus slave, a function manager F for sequentially actuating the master simulator and the slave simulator by using a function call and a thread manager S for actuating the master simulator by using a thread switching. When the master simulator activated by using the function call from the function manager accesses the slave simulator and an access blocking is caused, the master simulator controls the thread manager such that the master simulator is activated by using the thread switching carried out by the thread manager. Thus, it is possible to carry out the simulation at a high speed without getting into a dead lock state caused by the access blocking and without changing the simulator for simulating a conventional bus master.

摘要: An image forming apparatus employs a device that detects the opening and closing of covers. Two covers are pivotally mounted to a body of the image forming apparatus, each of the two covers being movable either to its opening position to open with respect to the image forming apparatus or to its closing position to close with respect to the image forming apparatus. A movable member is positioned at a first position when both the two covers are at their opening positions. A micro switch detects whether the two covers are closed or opened with respect to the image forming apparatus. When one of the two covers has moved to its closing position causing the movable member to move to a second position and the other of the two covers is at its closing position, the detector detects that the two covers are closed.

摘要: The present invention relates to an image data reconstructing apparatus for reconstructing an original image by dividing image data into a plurality of blocks each comprising NXN picture elements, performing two-dimensional orthogonal transform on each of said blocks, quantizing and encoding the result of said transform, decoding the encoded result, dequantizing and two-dimensional inverse orthogonal transforming the above result, wherein an operation associated with the multiplication is skipped if a multiplication by zero is detected when two-dimensional inverse orthogonal transform is performed. Before performing dequantization, two block volume of buffer is provided before or after performing two-dimensional inverse orthogonal transform for executing a pipeline process.Furthermore, two-dimensional inverse orthogonal transform is performed by repeating two times a process of one-dimensional inverse orthogonal transform and matrix transposition, thus the matrix transposition being performed as the result of one-dimensional inverse orthogonal transform which is stored in buffer.
