    摘要: The invention relates to a method in a reporting communications node (12, 14) for detecting usage of a resource within a radio access network. The reporting communication node (12, 14) is comprised within a radio communications network (1) in which radio communications network (1) a user equipment (12) is served. The reporting communications node monitors a performance measurement per user equipment of the user equipment (12), which performance measurement indicates usage of resources within a radio access network. The reporting communication node detects when the performance measurement per user equipment of the user equipment (12) goes beyond a threshold value over a preset period of time. In addition, the reporting communication node reports to a different communication node (14, 15) or within the communication node (12, 14), the performance measurement per user equipment when the performance measurement per user equipment goes beyond the threshold value.

    摘要: Methods and apparatus for informing a network node of a wireless communication network of the presence of logged measurements are disclosed. A first mobile station performs measurements concerning one or more connectivity aspects for the first mobile station in relation to the wireless communication network and stores the measurements in an internal log, where the measurements are performed according to a reporting configuration for the first mobile station. The first mobile station then sends a notification to the first network node regarding the presence of logged measurements in order to enable the first network node to respond to the notification with a request for a logged measurement report.

    摘要: According to various embodiments, a method is provided at a relay node for enabling subframe allocation between a backhaul link and an access link of the relay node. The relay node is connected to a controlling entity via the backhaul link, and is connectable to at least one user equipment via the access link. The relay node receives a trigger or configuration information from the controlling entity from the controlling entity. Based on the received trigger or configuration information, the relay node sends information to the controlling entity, indicating a resource utilization of the access link and/or indicating a quality of the access link.

    摘要: Methods and arrangements for reporting of measurement information from a user equipment to a receiving entity via a network node comprised in a wireless communication system are disclosed. The embodiments relate to measurement logging function and immediate reporting function called Minimizing Drive Tests (MDT). The problem of reporting measurements in another RAT than in the RAT in which the measurements were collected in is addressed by a solution where a UE includes the measurement information collected in a first RAT in a message which is sent 36 to a network node in a second RAT. The network node then forwards 37 the message to a receiving entity without having to decode the actual content of the measurement log. This is done by introducing the receiving entity's IP address and/or similar addressing information in an address field in the message and using a container structure where the actual measurement log as reported by the UE is placed. The container need not be understandable by the network node and could be of a message format used in the RAT where the UE collected the measurement log. Thus, there is no need to reformat the measurement results.

In accordance with some example embodiments, a UE (30) that has stored logged data i.e. logged measurements that are bigger than a single transmission packet, i.e. report message, segments the logged measurements and sends only a portion of the logged measurements that fits into a single report message. The UE (30) also indicates to a network node (28) that additional logged measurements exist at the UE buffer (44).

    摘要: A method for use in a cellular access system is disclosed. The system comprises at least one Radio Base Station (RBS) which controls traffic to and from a cell in the system. The cell can have a User Equipment (UE) in it, such that the UE and RBS can send and receive data blocks, which may comprise sequence numbers, to and from each other. The RBS and UE can also exchange reports comprising information on whether or not data blocks have been received successfully. The method comprises sending by a reporting party a transmission comprising a report to the report receiving party, said report comprising information on whether or not data blocks have been received successfully. The method further comprises sending by the reporting party said report together with data to the report receiving party or to another party. The method further comprises attaching by the reporting party addresses for a recipient of the data blocks and for the report in the transmission. The method further comprises deciding by the reporting party the contents of the report using at least one of the following priority rules which have been given an internal priority ranking, in which data blocks which are identified as having a lower delay tolerance than other data blocks are given priority; data blocks which have been detected as received in error, and whose status has not been reported since the error was detected are given priority; and, data blocks are given priority according to their sequence numbers.
