The UE derives, for each neighboring cell based on each beam measurement corresponding to the each neighboring cell, at least one layer 1 (L1) measurement reporting value. The UE formats, for each neighboring cell, each L1 measurement reporting value corresponding to the each neighboring cell. The UE then transmitting, to the serving cell, a report comprising, for each neighboring cell, each formatted at least one L1 measurement reporting value.

In the method, the UE transmits, to a network entity, a capability indication of a capability for a dynamic SBFD operation for the UE, receives, from the network entity, a semi-static SBFD configuration allocating one or more resources for communication with the network entity, and receives, from the network entity based on the capability for the dynamic SBFD operation, an SBFD indication for a transition from a first format of the one or more resources to a second format of the one or more resources. The first format is different from the second format. The UE further communicates with the network entity based on the second format of the one or more resources.

An example method, performed at a user equipment (UE), generally includes receiving an indication of whether available slot counting is enabled when the UE is configured to transmit or receive multiple repetitions on at least one physical channel, receiving signaling scheduling the UE to transmit or receive multiple repetitions on the at least one physical channel, wherein at least one of the repetitions is scheduled to occur in at least one slot that has multiple different types of symbols within that slot, and processing one or more repetitions on the physical channel, based on the indication and signaling, wherein the processing involves performing available slot counting and determining whether to transmit or receive a repetition on the physical channel in the at least one slot.

The second subset of flexible symbols may be associated with an uplink subband. The UE may receive a second configuration associated with monitoring a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). The UE may receive downlink control information (DCI), based on monitoring the PDCCH, which may include a slot format indicator (SFI) that indicates flexible symbols of the second subset of flexible symbols as uplink or downlink, or a combination thereof. The UE may perform wireless communication based on the first configuration, the second configuration, or the DCI, or a combination thereof.
