Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may identify at least one of a control resource set zero (CORESET0) field or a search space zero (SS0) field in a master information block (MIB). The UE may identify, based at least in part on whether the UE is a reduced capability UE, at least one of: a CORESET0 configuration associated with a first value indicated in the CORESET0 field, or an SS0 configuration associated with a second value indicated in the SS0 field. Abstract: Techniques for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive downlink control information (DCI) scheduling sidelink transmissions in one or more sets of multiple transmission time intervals (TTIs) over a shared spectrum. The UE may perform a listen-before-talk (LBT) for one or more of the TTIs in the one or more sets of multiple TTIs, and the UE may transmit, to a base station, an indication of results of the LBT performed for the one or more TTIs. Because the UE may provide the results of the LBT to the base station, the base station may be able to schedule sidelink transmissions from the UE based on the results of the LBT. As such, the UE may experience increased throughput in sidelink communications since the scheduling at the base station may be improved.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications at a user equipment (UE) are described. Techniques are described herein for performing out-of-order processing. The UE may receive a first downlink channel at a first time and a second downlink channel at a second time. The UE may determine that a priority of the second downlink channel is different (e.g., higher) than a priority of the first downlink channel. The UE may determine that a first uplink transmission associated with the first downlink channel is to be transmitted after a second uplink transmission associated with the second channel based on the different priorities. The UE may set one or more operations based on these determinations. In some cases, the UE may suspend processing the of the first downlink channel to process the second downlink channel.

A method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) may include: receiving a multicast bandwidth part configuration for multicast communications between a base station and the UE, where the multicast bandwidth part configuration includes a maximum number of multiple-input, multiple-output layers to be used for the multicast communications; establishing a multicast link with the base station for multicast communications; determining to use a reduced number of antennas for multicast reception than the number of antennas used for unicast reception, or determining that the UE is able to decode the multicast communications prior to a remaining portion of the multicast communications; and receiving the multicast communications via the reduced number of antennas, or reducing the radio frequency power prior to completion of a number of repetitions or retransmissions of the multicast communications.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) determines a communication resources pool including a channel occupancy ratio (CR) gap of each UE of a plurality of UEs in communication with the first UE, a CR gap of each UE representing a difference between a CR limit of that UE and a CR of that UE, The UE also can communicate, to a second UE of the plurality of UEs, a first CR command configured to allow the second UE to access a first portion of the communication resources pool. In some aspects, an amount of the first portion can be different from an amount of the CR gap of the second UE in the communication resources pool.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support reduced bandwidth devices and particularly, allocation of more than three orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols in the time domain to a control resource set (CORESET). In a first aspect, a method for wireless communication includes receiving, from a base station at a user equipment (UE), a first message that indicates a CORESET configuration. The CORESET configuration allocates more than three OFDM symbols in the time domain to a CORESET. The method further includes monitoring a set of time and frequency resources to receive a second message from the base station at the UE. The set of time and frequency resources have the CORESET configuration. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.
