Abstract: The present disclosure describes techniques for implementing fast and reliable metadata operations. A metadata area instance may be created in a persistent memory associated with a host. The metadata area instance may comprise a first portion configured to store an initial state of metadata, a second portion configured to store an actual state of the metadata, and a third portion configured to store a plurality of modifications to the metadata. A main copy of the metadata may be generated by performing write operations in the metadata area instance. The main copy of the metadata may be updated based on receiving information indicative of a modification to the metadata.

Abstract: Method, device and medium are directed to providing a method for generating three-dimension molecules. The method comprises obtaining a molecular shape of a three-dimension molecule for a drug, wherein the molecular shape is represented by a three-dimension image and generating a plurality of fragments of the three-dimension molecule based on the molecular shape. The method further comprises generating the three-dimension molecule by connecting the plurality of fragments. The method may be used to design high quality drugs for specific protein pockets efficiently and speed up the process of drug development and reduce the cycle of drug development. Furthermore, since the method utilizes large-scale non-experimental data, the method may not rely on expensive experimental data and docking simulation which is time consuming. Additionally, the method utilizes the three-dimension interaction information between molecules and pockets to generate drug molecules, and thus the quality of generated drug molecules can be improved.

Abstract: In a method for offloading data processing into computational storage, a request to offload data computation into computational storage is received. One or more transactions to encapsulate the request are prepared. One or more write requests are generated based on the one or more transactions, and the one or more transactions are stored into one or more journals. A set of transactions is extracted from the one or more journals. A subset of the set of transactions is received at an eBPF subsystem, where the subset corresponds to one or more computation requests. Information from a file is extracted, where the information corresponds to one or more logical block addresses (LBAs). The one or more computation requests are performed on the one or more LBAs using the subset of the set of transactions, and an indication corresponding to the performed computation requests is generated.

Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for generating a video, a device, and a medium. In one method, a first reference image and a second reference image are determined from a plurality of reference images in a reference video. A reference text for describing the reference video is received. A generation model is acquired based on the first reference image, the second reference image and the reference text. The generation model is configured to generate a target video based on a first image, a second image and a text. With example implementations of the present disclosure, the second reference image can serve as guiding data to determine a development direction of a story in the video. In this way, the generation model can clearly grasp changes of various image contents in the video, which is beneficial to generating richer and more realistic videos.
