Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery pack and a vehicle. The battery pack comprises a battery module, a box assembly and a first adhesive member. The battery module comprises first batteries arranged sequentially in a horizontal direction. The first battery comprises an electrode assembly and a case, and the electrode assembly is received in the case. The electrode assembly comprises a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate and a separator. The box assembly has a connection portion, and the connection portion is positioned at a side of the battery module in the vertical direction. An outer surface of the case comprises a first surface, and the first surface is connected with the connection portion via the first adhesive member. An area A of the first surface and an elastic modulus B of the first adhesive member satisfy a relationship: 0.02 cm2/MPa≤A/B≤9 cm2/MPa.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a casing for a battery pack and a battery pack. The casing includes a receiving space and an opening in communication with the receiving space, the receiving space is formed by a wall portion of the casing, and the wall portion is formed from two or more stacked base plates, between which a plurality of cavities are formed. By forming a plurality of cavities in the wall portion, the casing for a battery pack provided by the present disclosure not only can improve the bearing capacity and the impact resistance of the casing, but also can achieve a thermal management of the battery assembly by filling the plurality of cavities with a phase change material or cooling liquid, which can further improve the mechanical property of the casing with a relatively light weight and relatively high reliability.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a rechargeable battery, including an electrode assembly and a connecting member. The electrode assembly includes an electrode assembly body and an electrode tab extending from the electrode assembly body. The connecting member includes a guiding plate, a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate respectively connected to the guiding plate. The guiding plate extends along a width direction. The first connecting plate extends away from the guiding plate along the width direction. The electrode tab is bent with respect to a longitudinal direction and is connected to the first connecting plate. At least a part of the guiding plate protrudes toward the electrode assembly body with respect to the first connecting plate so as to form a protrusion, which abuts against the electrode assembly. The rechargeable battery of the present disclosure can improve the energy density.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a conductive connection structure, a multifunctional high-voltage connector and a battery product, the conductive connection structure comprises: a main body portion; and two conductive connection portions. The main body portion comprises: a tube body having openings; and a conductive fusing body. The conductive connection portion has: a first contact segment connected to the conductive fusing body and sealing a corresponding opening; a second contact segment; and a transitional connection segment. It is not necessary to additionally provide the package plate, thereby making the structure of the conductive connection structure simple and the volume of the conductive connection structure small, reducing the assembling steps, and improving the space utilization of the multifunctional high-voltage connector. When the upper cover and the pedestal are assembled, the second contact segment is directly inserted into the corresponding mating terminal, thereby further reducing the connection resistance in the high-voltage circuit.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a vent for a secondary battery top cover, a top cover assembly, a secondary battery and a vehicle. The vent includes a flat base and a protrusion protruding outward with respect to flat base. The protrusion has a main nick and at least one branch nick connected to at least one end of the main nick. An angle formed between the main nick and the branch nick is more than zero. When the pressure inside the case increases excessively, gas causes stress concentration at the protrusion such that the vent is torn along the main nick and the at least one branch nick, thereby releasing the gas in the case, reducing explosion risk of the secondary battery, and improving safety of the secondary battery.
