摘要: Systems, methods, and apparatus are provided for determining a risk prediction for major adverse cardiovascular event (MACE) for a patient based on a computed tomography (CT) calcium score image of the patient's chest. In one example, a method includes receiving a computed tomography (CT) calcium score image of a chest; identifying tissue of interest in the CT calcium score image; analyzing the CT calcium score image to determine features of the identified tissue of interest; and determining a risk prediction of MACE based on the features.

摘要: An ultrasonic image quality quantitative evaluation method includes segmenting a focus area aiming at a target ultrasonic image to extract a region of interest and perform a masking operation to acquire an image segmentation result mask; taking the image segmentation result mask as a reference image, and quantitatively comparing the reference image with a corresponding focus area according to a set evaluation standard to acquire a plurality of evaluation result indexes; and inputting the plurality of evaluation result indexes as an image feature into a classifier to acquire a quality quantification result of the focus area of the target ultrasonic image, where the classifier takes the plurality of evaluation result indexes corresponding to a sample image as an input feature, takes an image quality label of the labeled focus area as an output, and acquires the quality quantification result through training based on a set loss function.

摘要: A method of correlating regions in an image pair including a cranial-caudal image and a medial-lateral-oblique image. Data from a similarity matching model is received by an ensemble model, the data including at least a matched pair of regions and a first confidence level indicator associated with the matched pair of regions. Data from a geo-matching model is received by the ensemble model, the data from the geo-matching model including at least the matched pair of regions and a second confidence level indicator. A joint probability of correlation is determined by the ensemble model based on evaluation of each of the first and second confidence level by the ensemble matching model, wherein the joint probability of correlation provides a probability that the region in each image correlates to the corresponding region in the other image. The joint probability of correlation is provided to an output device.

摘要: A prognosis system is programmed to: obtain, from a biomarker image generation service, a set of original biomarker images, generate a set of synthetic images using the set of original biomarker images, perform an entropy calculation on each of the set of synthetic images to obtain a set of entropy images, apply an entropy thresholding on the set of entropy images to obtain a set of threshold images, apply a masking on the set of threshold images to obtain a pair of masked images for each of the set of threshold images, compare each of the pair of masked images using a cosine similarity (CS) value to assign a cancer value to a corresponding threshold image of the set of threshold images, and based on the cancer value, determine a cancer prognosis to each of the synthetic images.

Further, disclosed embodiments may involve determining, using the voxel grid geometry and k-dimensional tree, point-by-point deflection.
