    Abstract: Bandwidth part (BWP) configurations supporting various communication approaches (e.g., full duplex and/or half duplex operations) are described. Full duplex (FD) frequency-based BWP configurations may, for example, be configured as a subset of defined BWP resources for supporting full duplex operation by base stations and/or user equipments (UEs). Usable bandwidth of a FD frequency-based BWP configuration may be selected from half duplex frequency-based BWPs in legacy BWPs. Bandwidths of usable BWPs for a FD frequency-based BWP configuration may be selected so as to be non-overlapping in frequency. Transition between configurations and modes (e.g., between full duplex frequency-based BWP configurations, between half duplex and full duplex modes, etc.) may be managed to avoid periods in which a communication device cannot perform any uplink or downlink transmissions due to switching between defined BWP configurations, or otherwise reduces BWP switching time. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive, from a wireless network device (e.g., a base station or a transmission reception point (TRP) of the base station), a first control message comprising an indication of a set of energy saving modes of the wireless network device. The UE may receive a second control message indicating a first energy saving mode from the set of energy saving modes, where the first energy saving mode may be indicative of a number of channel state information (CSI) reference signal (CSI-RS) resources used by the wireless network device. The UE may monitor one or more of the CSI-RS resources for a CSI-RS in accordance with the first energy saving mode, and transmit, to the wireless network device, CSI feedback determined based on measurements made by the UE of the CSI-RS.

The network entity may transmit the group common DCI that indicates a downlink power control configuration to be applied during transmission of tracking reference signals.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) configuration parameters to send a handover completion message at the end of a handover. A source cell may notify the UE of a handover via a handover command and the UE may acquire system information, and in some cases, a downlink message, from a target cell. The UE may identify a waveform configuration, numerology configuration, and/or modulation scheme using information from the handover command message, the system information, and/or the downlink message. The UE may also determine occasions for transmitting a PUSCH. For example, each occasion may include a set of time-frequency resources on which the PUSCH may be transmitted. The UE may send the handover completion message to the target cell via the PUSCH, during the one or more identified occasions, using the identified configuration parameters.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a first message indicating that a network entity, in wireless communication with the UE, is operating in a first energy saving mode of multiple energy saving modes. The UE may receive information indicating multiple sets of parameters for a radio link monitoring (RLM) operation, each of the sets of parameters being associated with a different energy saving mode. The UE may perform the RLM operation using one or more parameters of a first set of parameters (e.g., a maximum beam failure instance count parameter, one or more threshold parameters, and other parameters) associated with the first energy saving mode. The may use a second set of parameters to perform the RLM operation in response to the network entity switching from operating in the first energy saving mode to operating in the second energy saving mode.
