    Abstract: The disclosed methods and apparatuses for round trip time (RTT) based positioning include generating or receiving a measurement report. The measurement report includes, for at least one transmission-reception point (TRP), a user equipment (UE) time difference and an offset of the at least one TRP. The UE time difference is a difference of a UE transmission time of an uplink reference signals (UL RS) to the at least one TRP and an earliest reception time representing a time of arrival (TOA) at the UE of an earliest path of a downlink reference signal (DL RS) from the at least one transmission-reception point (TRP). The offset is a difference of a stronger reception time representing a TOA at the UE of a stronger path of the DL RS from the at least one TRP and the earliest reception time.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for positioning a user equipment (UE). In aspects, a listening node determines a first time of arrival (ToA) at the listening node of a first radio frequency (RF) signal sent by a transmission-reception point (TRP) to the UE, determines a second ToA at the listening node of a second RF signal sent by the UE to the TRP, determines a time difference between the first ToA and the second ToA, and enables a positioning entity to estimate a location of the UE based on the time difference. The positioning entity calculates a distance between the listening node and the UE based on the time difference, a propagation time between the TRP and the listening node, a propagation time between the TRP and the UE, and a time difference between a ToA of the first RF signal at the UE and a transmission time of the second RF signal.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for a user equipment (UE) to set uplink power control for a long uplink burst and a short uplink burst. The UE receives uplink power control information including a first set of power control parameters for a long uplink burst and a second set of power control parameters for a short uplink burst with the sets of power control parameters being different from each other. The UE configures uplink power control for the long uplink burst based at least on the first set of power control parameters and the short uplink burst based at least on the second set of power control parameters. The UE sends at least one of a long uplink burst and a short uplink burst based on the corresponding uplink power control and sends at least one uplink power-headroom report for the long uplink burst and short uplink burst.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a UE may receive configuration information that signals a first set of resources and a second set of resources. The configuration information may indicate that the first set of resources is associated with high priority transmissions and the second set of resources is associated with low priority transmissions. The UE may select, based at least in part on the configuration information and a priority of a transmission, either the first set of resources or the second set of resources for transmitting the transmission. The selecting of the first set of resources or the second set of resources may be based on latency requirements or reliability requirements of transmissions to be transmitted by the UE. The UE may transmit the transmission using the selected set of resources. Other aspects are provided.
