Abstract:
A method of manufacturing an electron emission device where the withstanding voltage characteristics are not deteriorated due to carbon remnants. With the method, cathode electrodes, a first insulating layer and gate electrodes are sequentially formed on a substrate. Openings are formed at the gate electrodes and the first insulating layer to partially expose the surface of the cathode electrodes. A conductive layer is formed on the entire surface of the structure of the substrate. Catalytic metal layers are formed on the conductive layer at the locations to be contain electron emission regions. Electron emission regions are formed on the catalytic metal layers by directly growing a carbonaceous material thereon. The conductive layer is patterned to remove the portions thereof overlaid with carbon remnants during the previous step except for the portion placed under the catalytic metal layer.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a portable terminal having replaceable accessory modules. An accessory module can be rigidly mounted using a frame of the portable terminal, and can be easily replaced with another module according to a user's selection to satisfy various consumer demands. The portable terminal includes a body, accessory modules which are selectively mounted to the body, for providing additional functions to the portable terminal, and a movable frame which is mounted to and slides along the body of the portable terminal to keep the selected accessory module fixed to the body of the portable terminal by enclosing the selected accessory module to be mounted to the body of the portable terminal, for preventing the selected accessory module from being separated from the body of the portable terminal.
Abstract:
A system and method for controlling automatic leveling heavy equipment is provided. The system for controlling automatic leveling of heavy equipment with a lower frame and an upper frame, the lower frame having traveling means, and the upper frame tiltably and swingably connected to the lower frame, comprises a sensor unit, provided in the equipment, including an inclination detecting sensor for measuring twist angles of the lower frame and the upper frame against a reference horizontal surface, a traveling detection sensor for measuring a traveling speed of the equipment and a working device sensor for detecting working state information of a working device; a control unit for receiving the twist angles, the traveling speed, and the working state information, calculating a corrected angle at which the upper frame is to be tilted against the lower frame, and generating a control signal for instructing an operation of an actuator; and a driving unit for performing a leveling control through the actuator in accordance with the received control signal.
