Abstract: This application discloses a communication method, apparatus, and system, and relates to the field of communication technologies. The method includes: obtaining a second key used for communication authentication with a second node, where the second key is different from a preconfigured first key; receiving, from the second node, a release request for a first communication connection, where the first key is used for communication authentication on the first communication connection; and sending a connection establishment request to the second node, where the connection establishment request is used to request to establish a connection based on the second key. The method provides a technical solution in which the first node and the second node release a connection after determining an updated key, and establish a connection by using the new key, to implement an authentication procedure in a multi-communication scenario convergence scenario.

Abstract: Example resource allocation methods and apparatus are described. One example method includes that a terminal device receives downlink control information sent by a network device, where the downlink control information includes a resource allocation field, the resource allocation field includes formula (I)+5 bits. The terminal device determines the first resource indication value, and determines, based on the first resource indication value, a starting resource block allocated in the uplink bandwidth and a length L CRP, s of consecutive resource blocks allocated in the uplink bandwidth, where M≤LCRBs≤6, and M is a positive integer greater than 1. The terminal device sends data on resources corresponding to the starting resource block and the length of the consecutive resource blocks. The methods and the devices provided in the embodiments of this application may be used in a communications system, for example, V2X, V2V, the Internet of Vehicles, MTC, DE-M, M2M, or the Internet of Things.

Abstract: A control information communication method, a base station, and user equipment are provided. A determination is made whether downlink control information (DCI) is used for multicast transmission or for paging. When the DCI is determined to be used for multicast transmission, the DCI is scrambled by using a single cell radio network temporary identifier (SC-RNTI). The DCI includes indication information and scheduling information, the indication information indicating whether a multicast control channel is updated. When the DCI is determined to be used for paging, the DCI is scrambled by using a paging radio network temporary identifier (P-RNTI). The scrambled DCI can be sent to user equipment by using a first downlink control information format.

Abstract: This application provides an uplink signal sending method and receiving method, a communications device, and a network device. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, downlink control information DCI sent by a network device; determining, by the terminal device based on the DCI, a transport block size TBS used for transmitting an uplink signal; and sending, by the terminal device, the uplink signal on two contiguous uplink subcarriers in a Pi/2 BPSK modulation mode based on the determined transport block size. Therefore, the uplink signal is transmitted in the Pi/2 BPSK modulation mode by using the determined transport block size.
