    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) and a network agree on the use of a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) codebook. The UE receives a plurality of downlink control information (DCI) transmissions during a corresponding plurality of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring occasions from the base station, wherein each DCI transmission schedules multiple physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) transmissions on a corresponding one of a plurality of component carriers (CCs), receives a time domain resource allocation (TDRA) table configuration from the base station, determines a maximum number of PDSCH transmissions per CC based on the TDRA table configuration, groups the plurality of CCs together and determines a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ)-acknowledgement (ACK) codebook size based on a number of the multiple PDSCH transmissions, the maximum number of PDSCH transmissions, and a resulting ACK or negative acknowledgement (NACK) for each of the multiple PDSCH transmissions.

The UE receives an indication of multiple sounding reference signal (SRS) resources that are to be used for uplink beam tracking, wherein each SRS resource is associated with different spatial relation information, transmits SRS using the associated spatial relation information, receives an indication that a user equipment (UE) is configured with one or more beam pairs, the one or more beam pairs configured by the network based on the SRS and transmits an uplink channel based on the indicated one or more beam pairs.

In one example, a method involves receiving, by the UE and from the source node, a RACH-498 handover message comprising: (i) an uplink grant for establishing a connection with the target node, and (ii) an identifier of a reference signal associated with a beam of the target node. The method also involves performing, by the UE, a handover based on the RACH-less handover message.

    Abstract: A method for enhanced autonomous uplink timing adjustment includes determining that a user equipment (UE) is traveling above a predetermined velocity. In response to the determination that the UE is traveling above the predetermined velocity, a maximum aggregate adjustment rate to an uplink timing for the UE and a maximum amount of a magnitude of a timing change to the uplink timing for the UE are determined. The uplink timing for the UE is adjusted based on the maximum aggregate adjustment rate and the maximum amount of the magnitude of the timing change.

    Abstract: Exemplary embodiments include methods performed by a user equipment (UE). The methods include transmitting two transmission (Tx) streams simultaneously, wherein the two Tx streams are transmitted by two distinct Tx polarization circuitries within a same UE antenna panel circuitry as two Tx polarizations. The methods also include identifying a first signal, identifying a second signal, transmitting the first signal in a first direction using a first polarization of an antenna panel and transmitting the second signal in a second direction using a second polarization of the antenna panel.
