A cooling unit includes a first cooling member connected to the first face of the light source, and a second cooling member connected to the second face of the light source. A cooling system has a cooling device, a first path and a second path. The first path of the cooling device is connected to two respective first ends of the first and second cooling members. The second path of the cooling device is connected to two respective second ends of the first and second cooling members. The heat generated from the LED units is efficiently removed and with small emitting area.

    摘要: A heat dissipating apparatus includes a case used to secure an electronic component and a heat dissipation module secured to the case to dissipate heat generated by the electronic component. The heat dissipation module includes a controller used to set a standard temperature value and a sensor used to be secured to the electronic component. The sensor senses a current temperature value to send to the controller, for allowing the controller to compare the current temperature value with the standard temperature value. When the current temperature value is higher than the standard temperature value, the heating dissipating module is powered on by the controller to dissipate heat generated by the electronic component.

    摘要: A liquid cooled LED lighting device includes a sealed housing containing an LED element that emits light. Cooling liquid is contained in the housing to disperse heat generated by the LED element. An enclosure containing compressible material is preferably immovably positioned within the housing and outside of the optical path of the emitted light. The enclosure containing the compressible material compresses in response to expansion of the cooling liquid as it absorbs heat from the LED element. Advantageously, the cooling liquid and the enclosure containing the compressible material act to more efficiently cool the LED element, thereby providing higher light output and increased lifetime of the LED element.
