More specifically, a method for reporting measurement of a terminal according to the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving, from a base station, a measurement setting message instructing measurement for a neighboring cell; performing measurement for first cells selected on the basis of the measurement setting message; and determining, on the basis of the measurement setting message, whether to initiate a measurement report procedure according to measurement results for second cells selected.
