Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Random access channel (RACH) occasions may be scheduled on each component carrier (CC) of a carrier aggregation (CA) configuration that includes both a time division duplexing (TDD) TD Raid band and at least one frequency division duplexing (FDD) band based on a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block (SSB) received in the TDD band. In some cases, the TDD band may be used to configure the RACH occasions in same and/or different CCs. Additionally or alternatively, the FDD band may configure the RACH occasions on its uplink CC based on SSBs received on other CCs. Additionally, the RACH occasions may be configured such that the UE avoids unavailable uplink slots when transmitting a first RACH message in a RACH occasion.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive configuration information identifying configurations associated with respective uplink carriers for a random access channel (RACH) message, wherein a configuration associated with a first uplink carrier, of the respective uplink carriers, is different than a configuration associated with a second uplink carrier of the respective uplink carriers. The UE may select a set of uplink carriers, of the respective uplink carriers, on which to transmit the RACH message based at least in part on the configuration information. The UE may transmit the RACH message on the selected set of uplink carriers in accordance with the configuration information. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Generally, the described techniques provide for managing remote interference using a previously detected relationship between an aggressor base station and a victim base station. The described techniques provide for allocating reference signal sequences for various victim base stations to send to an aggressor base station. The victim base station may trigger the aggressor base station to perform reference signal monitoring based on the previously detected victim-aggressor relationship, and may transmit a reference signal carrying a unique identifier based on the triggering. The first base station may send a request that the second base station to transmit a reference signal for enabling the first base station to measure interference of a wireless channel, and performing interference mitigation techniques at the first base station, the second base station, or both, to mitigate the remote interference.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communication. In aspects, a base station may determine one or more signaling parameters to be used to transmit one or more reference signals that identify the base station in association with remote interference management, wherein the one or more signaling parameters include at least one of: multiple time periods in which the one or more reference signals are to be transmitted; one or more mini-bands, within one or more sub-bands, in which the one or more reference signals are to be transmitted; one or more scrambling codes, selected from a pool of scrambling codes, to be used to scramble the one or more reference signals; or a combination thereof. The base station may transmit the one or more reference signals using the one or more signaling parameters to identify the base station in association with remote interference management.
