    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a UE determines old and new pathloss vectors that track old and new pathloss values on an element-specific basis. For a respective element, the UE selectively triggers a PHR based upon respective old and new pathloss values for that element. In another aspect, the UE determines whether differential pathloss value between two respective pathloss values associated with two pathloss measurement attempts for an element is unavailable or (if available) is higher than a threshold value, and the UE selectively triggers a PHR for the element based on the determination.

In an aspect, a positioning entity determines an initial set of wireless links over which positioning reference signals (PRS) are measured by a network node engaged in a positioning session, identifies a subset of wireless links of the initial set of wireless links based on an expected positioning measurement associated with a corresponding wireless link of the initial set of wireless links, a location of an anchor node associated with the corresponding wireless link, and an observed positioning measurement for the corresponding wireless link, and determines a location of the network node based on observed positioning measurements of the identified subset of wireless links.

In an aspect, a position determination entity (PDE) receives a request to schedule an on-demand PRS positioning session of a UE at a future time, wherein the request is configured to request a first set of parameters for the scheduled on-demand PRS positioning session, with an availability of one or more parameters of the first set of parameters at the future time being indeterminable when the request is received. PDE determines the availability of the one or more parameters at the future time. PDE determines a PRS configuration for the scheduled on-demand PRS positioning session in advance of the future time.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, devices, and computer-readable media that support base station-assisted and unassisted sharing of particular information between neighboring user equipments (UEs). In a particular implementation, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, at a base station from a first UE, an information request corresponding to neighbor UEs of the first UE. The method also includes retrieving, at the base station from one or more serving UEs, corresponding information. The method further includes transmitting, from the base station to the first UE, an information package that includes the information corresponding to at least one of the one or more serving UEs.
