Abstract: A method for using distributed representations of data items within a first set of data documents clustered in a first two-dimensional metric space to generate a cluster of distributed representations in a second two-dimensional metric space includes clustering in a first two-dimensional metric space, by a reference map generator, a set of data documents, generating a semantic map. A parser generates an enumeration of data items occurring in the set of data documents. A representation generator generates a distributed representation using occurrence information about each data item. A sparsifying module receives an identification of a maximum level of sparsity and reduces a total number of set bits within the distributed representation. The reference map generator clusters, in a second two-dimensional metric space, a set of SDRs retrieved from the SDR database and selected according to a second at least one criterion, generating a second semantic map.

The method comprises obtaining the set of data comprising a stream of terms; analyzing the stream of terms using a modified data streaming generator to find a set of frequent terms; forming a dictionary of terms based on the set of most frequent terms; identifying one or more of the set of frequent terms in the set of data; and analyzing the one or more of the set of frequent terms in the set of data to determine a context and/or structure based on neighboring terms in the set of data; providing a visualization tool for the interactions with the frequent terms and the application at hand.

In particular, at least a part of a method for providing a response to a user query by an electronic device may use an artificial intelligence model learned in accordance with at least one of machine learning, a neural network, and a deep-learning algorithm.

Abstract: Given a skeleton knowledge graph including first terms in respective nodes, wherein first terms in connected nodes have a predetermined relationship, an augmented knowledge graph is formed by a first computing device by extracting a second term from a domain corpus to form a term cluster linked with a respective node of the knowledge graph. The second term is associated with the first term of a respective node in the domain corpus while not meeting the predetermined relationship. A semantic feature between the second term and the associated first term is identified in the domain corpus and linked to the pair of the second term and the first term in the augmented knowledge graph. The augmented knowledge graph is useable by a second computing device, which may or may not be the same as the first computing device, to drive a conversation between a chatbot and user.
