Abstract:
A cable lock alarm spool which attaches to a cable lock alarm to increase the cable storage capacity includes an ovular track, parallel containing walls connected to and surrounding said ovular track, distally positioned lock access channels through said track, and a cable access channel through said track. Cable lock alarm spool can also include a plurality of cable storage slots, located on the outer circumference of said parallel containing walls.
Abstract:
A padlock that can be unlocked by the owner of the padlock by dialing an unlocking number or by authorized security personals with a general key. The padlock mainly contains a lock body, a block, a shackle, a general locking means and a private locking means. The lock body has a first channel and a second channel therein. The block is engaged with the second channel. The block has a receptacle therein. The shackle has a longer arm slidably received in the first channel and a shorter arm engagable with the receptacle of the block. The general locking means is formed in the lock body for locking or unlocking the longer arm of the shackle. The private locking means is formed in the lock body for controlling movements of the block in order the block to be engaged with or disengaged from the shorter arm of the shackle.
Abstract:
A suitcase lock that can be opened either by setting a combination or by a key, in which dials of a suitcase lock are disposed with sleeves, and characterized in that a key tumbler is additionally fitted to the suitcase lock, and tongues located at a lower portion of a swing plate clamp connect to a slider. A groove at one end of the slider enables a push rod of the key tumbler to be clamped therein, and sloping grooves defined on another end enable the tongues of the swing plate to displace therein. In general, dials are used to control cuttings or circular arcs on the sleeves to operate the swing plate and hooking to a locked object and realize opening and closing of the lock. However, when in a locked state, without moving the dials, a key can be used to directly activate the key tumbler to push the slider, and thereby causes the swing plate to tilt in an opposite direction and the stopper at one end of swing plate can release the locked object from hooking position, thus opening the lock or suitcase.
Abstract:
A lock cylinder assembly has a base, multiple selecting disks and multiple disk sets. The base has an axis. The selecting disks are rotatably connected to the base along the axis of the base. The disk sets are operationally mounted along the axis of the base and are respectively connected to the selecting disks. Each disk set has multiple disks operationally mounted along the axis of the base. Accordingly, a lock cylinder assembly that can increase the difficulty of unlocking the lock cylinder assembly to improve the safety of using the lock cylinder assembly is provided.
Abstract:
A lock assembly includes a casing accommodating therein a combination lock and a pin tumbler lock. The combination lock has a set of numbered wheels and a lifting plate vertically movable relative to the numbered wheels. The pin tumbler lock has a plug rotatable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The plug has an actuating block which stops at the lifting plate when the plug is in the locked position and moves the lifting plate away from the numbered wheels when the plug is moved from the locked position to the unlocked position.
Abstract:
A locker lock that provides for increased security and ease of use. The locker lock can be a vertical built-in lock or a horizontal built-in lock. In each case the lock is symmetrical such that it can be used in either right-handed or left-handed lockers. The locker lock provides for increased security by increasing the distance the lock bolt must travel. The locker lock also provides for an easy combination changing mechanism, such that the combination can be changed without opening the lock and the locker lock can accommodate a large number of lock combinations.
Abstract:
A self-powered electronic combination lock including a lock mechanism having locked and unlocked conditions. A rotatable dial is used to input a numerical combination code for changing the lock mechanism from the locked condition to the unlocked condition. An electronic display operates to display individual numbers of the combination code as the dial is rotated and a control is electrically connected with the dial and the electronic display. The control changes the numbers shown in the display as the dial is rotated in a single direction and the control is operable to sense a change in the direction of dial rotation. An electricity generating device is connected with the dial and the control and operates through dial rotation to generate electricity to power the control.
Abstract:
The present invention is a mechanical lock manipulator and method of manipulating mechanical locks. There is a computer or microprocessor that controls a motor. The motor rotates the dial of a mechanical lock either clockwise or counterclockwise as directed by the computer. The computer receives an input from a transducer mounted to the lock or container. The transducer converts sounds and/or vibrations, into electrical signals. The computer collects data from the transducer and then evaluates this data and determines the opening combination for the lock.
Abstract:
A lock apparatus, including: a lock housing and a peripheral member detachably mounted to the lock housing, a combination lock mechanism and a resetable member provided in the lock housing, the combination lock mechanism having a lock shaft, at least one rotating sleeve engaging over the lock shaft and a dial wheel engaging over the rotating sleeve, wherein the resetable member includes a retaining portion that serves to lock the peripheral member that is attached to the lock housing, or to restrict the rotating sleeve from rotation when a user intends to set a new combination code by rotating the dial wheel.
Abstract:
A lock assembly having a housing containing a push rod movable along its longitudinal axis between a locked position where the push rod is extended outwardly of the housing and a retracted, unlocked position. A movable latch moves radially to engage with the push rod to hold it in the locked position and to disengage from the push rod to allow the push rod to move to its unlocked position. The latch member has an opening that, when aligned with the main axis of the push rod, allows the push rod to pass through the opening but when the latch member is offset with respect to that axis the latch member abuts against the push rod to prevent the push rod from moving to its unlocked position. A pushbutton moves the latch member and a locking assembly blocks the movement of the pushbutton when the lock assembly is locked.
