摘要: Ethylene polymers having a density from 0.908 to 0.925 g/cm3, a melt index from 0.5 to 3 g/10 min, a ratio of Mw/Mn from 2 to 4, a ratio of Mz/Mw from 1.6 to 2.3, a CY-a parameter from 0.45 to 0.6, and an ATREF profile characterized by a single peak at a peak ATREF temperature from 76 to 88° C., and by less than 4.5 wt. % of the polymer eluting above a temperature of 91° C. These ethylene polymers can be used to produce various articles of manufacture, such as blown and cast films with a beneficial combination of high tear resistance and low haze.

摘要: Ethylene-based polymers having a density of 0.952 to 0.965 g/cm3, a high load melt index (HLMI) from 5 to 25 g/10 min, a weight-average molecular weight from 275,000 to 450,000 g/mol, a number-average molecular weight from 15,000 to 40,000 g/mol, a viscosity at HLMI from 1400 to 4000 Pa-sec, and a tangent delta at 0.1 sec−1 from 0.65 to 0.98 degrees. These polymers have the processability of chromium-based resins, but with improved stress crack resistance, and can be used in large-part blow molding applications.

摘要: Disclosed herein are ethylene-based polymers produced using dual metallocene catalyst systems. These polymers have low densities, high molecular weights, and broad molecular weight distributions, as well as having the majority of the long chain branches in the lower molecular weight component of the polymer, and the majority of the short chain branches in the higher molecular weight component of the polymer. Films produced from these polymers have improved impact and puncture resistance.

摘要: An olefin polymer capable of simultaneously satisfying excellent drop impact strength and transparency, a preparation method of the same, and a film using the same, can be provided. In an embodiment, an olefin polymer comprises a plurality of polymer chains, and satisfies the following conditions: i) each polymer chain of the plurality having an average number of short chain branches (SCBs) per 1000 carbon atoms of 20/1000C or more, wherein an SCB has C2 to C7 carbon atoms, ii) a molded film of the olefin polymer having a drop impact strength of 1500 g to 2400 g as measured in accordance with ASTM D1709A, wherein the molded film having a thickness of 100 μm, and iii) a molded film of the olefin polymer having a haze is 10% to 30% as measured in accordance with ASTM D1003, wherein the molded film having a thickness of 0.05 mm.

摘要: The present invention relates to an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer and, more particularly, to an ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer that exhibits excellent environmental stress crack resistance by appropriately controlling the ratio of crystal structure domain and amorphous domain, and the like. The ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer comprises an ethylene repeating unit and an alpha-olefin repeating unit, and has a crystal structure including a crystalline domain containing lamellar crystals and an amorphous domain containing a tie molecule that mediates bonding between the lamellar crystals. The lamellar crystal thickness (dc) of the ethylene/alpha-olefin copolymer as calculated from the result of Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) analysis is between 12.0 and 16.0 nm, the amorphous domain thickness (da) is between 4.0 and 5.3 nm, and the thickness ratio da/dc is between 0.3 and 0.4.
