摘要: A method includes receiving a request and request data associated with a user from a web server and analyzing the request data to identify one or more data gaps associated with the request. One or more third-party services are called to fill at least a portion of the one or more data gaps. A question set is prepared based on determining that the one or more data gaps remain at least partially unfilled. The question set is selected by a machine-learning component trained to adapt a sequence and content of the question set over a plurality of interactions with a plurality of users. The question set is transmitted to the web server for presentation to the user. Data exchanges can be authenticated using tokens.

摘要: The systems and methods provided for automatic retail product listing escalation event detection. The method includes aggregating content items from online resources, determining a topic classification of a content item based on a first machine learning (ML) model, determining an escalation classification of the content item based on a second ML model, generating a keyword list including a plurality of keywords from the content item and scores associated with each of the plurality of keywords based on the topic classification and the escalation classification of the content item, selecting a list of top keywords based on performing a keyword frequency analysis on a plurality of keyword lists associated with the plurality of content items, and providing a detected escalation event.

摘要: The innovation disclosed and claimed herein, in one aspect thereof, comprises systems and methods of keystone activity based suggestions. The innovation detects a keystone activity of a user. The keystone activity is a planned event for the user such as recently purchased tickets to a specific show. Customer data of a financial institution is accessed where the customer data includes data of customers of the financial institution. A set of similar customers to the user is determined. Transaction data of the set of similar customers is determined and analyzed for likelihood of the user wanting to attend a secondary activity that is similar the set of similar customers. The secondary activity can be automatically scheduled for the user based on the keystone activity and the transaction data.

摘要: A quality assessment system models product or service quality based on contextual relevance. A neural network generates a contextual relevance model that differentiates descriptive characteristics based on a modeled relevance of each descriptive characteristic to the product or service. The system filters reviews based on the contextual relevance model to retain filtered reviews that reference any of the first set of descriptive characteristics. The system generates theme clusters with an encoder. Each theme cluster groups a different subset of the filtered reviews based on an amount of semantic similarity between the different subset of reviews and the theme cluster. The system presents an interface with a first visualization and a second visualization. The first visualization graphically represents a sentiment expressed in reviews grouped to the first theme cluster, and the second visualization graphically represents a sentiment expressed in reviews groups to the second theme cluster.

摘要: Methods and systems for generating recommendations are disclosed. In some examples, from a set of positive reviews associated with a merchant offering, at least one attribute is identified and associated with the set of positive reviews, based on reviewer profiles associated with each respective positive review. The attribute is associated with the merchant offering. A match is determined between a customer attribute in a first customer profile and the at least one attribute. A set of recommendations is generated to be presented, via a customer electronic device, to a customer associated with the first customer profile, the set of recommendations including the merchant offering associated with at least one attribute.
